Visiting Vacaville from the Brentwood area. Decided I wanted Fried Rice. Found Dragon Palace when it was compared to MY favorite Chinese Restaurant, Double Dragon. I'll start by saying, Dragon Palace DOESN'T come close! I ordered the Garlic and Ginger Rice...HOLD THE PEAS N CARROTS...and add shrimp. They told me 30 minutes when I ordered, actually took 40 minutes! The rice was FULL of Peas n Carrots! The pieces of Ginger were so big, it overwhelmed the flavor of the rice. Garlic flavor, barely noticeable! Alot of the rice was "clunked" together...it just wasn't a good experience! NOTHING makes me more upset than to order food, with special instructions, pay the high price, just to get home and realize they did it wrong!!! It's safe to say that this place WILL.NOT get a second strike out of me!GET IT TOGETHER!
Horrible and slow service. Incredible how backed up and disorganized on orders they can get.

Tried this place for the very first time with my 2 yr old. The food was great but I had to rate 2 stars because there was more than a little bit of egg shells in our rice!! Not ok!!

Good tasting food but woman that is always at desk is pretty rude everytime ive had to go in
First time I ever ordered here I went in to pick up n pay I was like wow it's kinda expensive but when I took my first bite I was like OMG this is DELICIOUS no wonder they're more $. It WAS worth it.
Best chinese food in town! Kung Pao Pork is phenomenal.
Food is consistent and full of flavor!! Have not had a bad experience yet! ??
