My daughter placed an online order. When I got to the store I told them that I was picking up a pizza with my name. Bobby, the worker, stated there wasn't an order for a Cindy and I told him it must be my daughter's name because she placed the order. He was accusing me of using someone else's order. Then, when I went to pay, he said my card didn't work. I asked to please punch it in manually and he said it still didn't work. (The person directly in front of me had the same issue). I got another card and it worked fine. My debit card (the initial one) had more than enough money for the purchase. Then he was unable to ring up the marinara sauce so another worker helped him. I asked if he could please try my card again and he refused. He said he didn't want to waste his time. Bobby was incredibly rude and short with me. I'm hoping he can have better customer service the next time.
All I wanted was to see ingredients of pastas and prices, but site says go to my dominos site which I did but it wants all my info first, or it loops back to say look at your dominos, I refuse to give any site any of my info until I'm satisfied with what I see and what to order, you and any site will be loosing out on my order if I can't see menu without giving my personal info!
This is definitely my favorite pizza! Food is good and staff is great too!
Today, Sunday, I had the worst experience ordering a pizza in my life! Asked for a large pizza, they gave me the media one, the pizza was all overturned inside the box, seems like they don't care about their customers at all. The pizza was cold and very bad prepared. For you to understand how bad it was the pizza, the ones from 7Eleven and even the frozen ones from Walmart are better than this pizza from Dominos at the Vacaville location. So Sad I had to pay for this. They should pay us for eat it, maybe that's the reason they're giving $3 away. I wish I could give 0 stars. But with 0 they still have hope, so I'll give -0 for this Domino's pizza location. This is the worst place to buy a pizza in Vacaville! I'll never buy pizza here again!

This Domino’s has great customer service! They are understaffed but make sure to get our food to us while it’s still hot! Additionally, they were very nice and helped us out even when it was busy! Thank you to the amazing Domino’s workers, you guys work hard!
Not too impressed on this particular order, Somehow mine got mixed in with somebody else's and then I had to wait for it when I arrived, on top of that the pizza was in complete
They delivered pizzas without the toppings we ordered. They refused to believe us and gave attitude over the phone when explaining the situation. We offered to send photos and screenshot our receipt but they just kept saying no and it was fine on their end. They said there was nothing they could do. This was the MANAGER. They need some serious help.
The order I called in was never entered. So, no pizzas when I arrived 45 minutes later. I am happy to say the crew was pleasant and rushed my order. I was on my way about 15 minutes later with hot, delicious pizzas.
