I love Crumbl cookies. My issue is more related to this particular store. I have come here about 2 to 3 times, and every time I have felt that the cashiers were not super friendly nor efficient. On my recent visit, I had an issue with ordering my app, which I showed to the cashier, and he did not really try to help me. He just shrugged his shoulders. I drove especially to get these cookies but ended up walking out out of frustration. I noticed that service is quite slow here as well. I don’t think I’ll come to this store again unfortunately.
Hats off for the Excellent Customer service at this location Freddie and his crew are top of the line!They are courteous, patient and really on top of their game. I drove into the store with 2 nails in 2 tires. They immediately took care of my car and checked all of my tires to assure the air pressure was even on all four tires. Freddie really cares about perfection and is eager to provide speedy Excellent service!
I'd seen Crumbl on TikTok and had to test it out! The staff was very helpful and the environment and atmosphere in the store was fantastic! Their cookies are very tasty too! I was a bit disappointed by the lack of options, especially for the price (only six flavor options at around $4 a cookie), but the idea of rotating the cookie flavors every week is fun! Overall definitely worth a try!
Cookies are delicious and fresh! Beautifully packaged, and something you could pick up as a thank you gift, a housewarming gift or just fo someone special. Curbside pick up is available, and also you can order ahead and just come and pick them up. They are a bit on the expensive side, but VERY worth it! ?
Ordered my cookies a day ahead of time so my order will be ready. Showed up on time 4pm and was told my order will not be ready for another 2-21/2 hours-at 6-6:30pm. All workers working slow as molasses and looking like they don’t know what they’re doing. Was told they were short staffed but had 4-5 people working. Although I was given a full refund, what a disappointment when you plan ahead. This Crumbl location needs to get they’re act together. Won’t come here again!
Awesome cookies !!! And new options every week
ordered 3 cookies, 2 were not available - they did add an additional cookie in our order, but after eating them only the traditional classic chocolate chip was good. the rest were just ok. I will say the texture and cook of the cookies were good. Perhaps there was too much hype and I set the bar too high for this place, but I wouldn't recommend it. We threw away 50% of the order.
Me oh my! These cookies are divine! Perfectly under baked centers, nice outer crust. The menu changes weekly so it keeps us coming back for more. Our favorites have been the chocolate based cookies (Oreo, brownie, etc.) The milk chocolate chip cookie falls short for us. They need to switch to semi-sweet morsels because the flavor profile is bland/flat. Love that I can order from the app and do curbside pickup but be prepared to wait because some cookies are served warm. They do offer a loyalty program as well.

Ever since I was introduced to this place and cookies, I’ve always had a good experience. My orders have always been right. Cookies are fresh and warm. Curbside is quick. The app is easy to use and is very convenient. However tonight, not only did I wait for 25 minutes on curbside, I had to get down and go inside to find out what was going on. Turned out, my order was just sitting on the side, even though I clicked “I’m here” on the app. Also, the cookies weren’t made fresh and warm like how I chose on the app. The cookies were so sloppily made too. They didn’t look like the display cookies I saw on their counter (which by the way was beautifully, evenly and generously frosted) or the website. Needless to say, this visit was highly disappointing. I feel since the hype has worn down that they pay less attention to details, which should never be the case since these are $5 cookies.
