DISGUSTING.I normally love chipotle but everything here was terrible. This ruined my entire experience with this company, higher prices, smaller portions, and it's all way worse quality. The steak is the driest thing in the world with no flavor. The service was terrible. I would drive as far as I would have to just to go to a different chipotle.

Your burritos are getting smaller like ever other fast food establishment. We can get the same if not better from a local establishment. Sad when we see a nation wide US company cut corners. Why buy US when profits over ride quality. You’re driving the business in the wrong direction… if you care?
Flavor is good! I just have to avoid their sofritas because it gives me diarrhea every time; I just stick to beans and rice now and I have no issues.
As usual food was good and fresh. Tried Pollo Asado, everyone liked it. It is little spicy.

I was very disappointed and confused. I drove 10miles to the chipotle to get the chicken asada burrito bowl and I was informed by the server that the chicken asada is for online orders only. I believe they should announce this in the advertising on TV and in the restaurant. Gas is very expensive!
It could improve on its service I was in there today at 1:45 and there was at least 30 people in line waiting to be served and there was only 2 people behind the counter a bunch of people washing dishes and 2 people off to the side doing I assume online orders oh and another guy came around to put napkins in a napkin holder I felt sorry for the employee that was having to wait on at least 30 customers and I'm not exaggerating
Before going to Vacaville Prmium Outlet we decided to drop by the Chipotle Mexican Grill on the other side of the freeway. We saw their ads on the tv they have the Brisket bowl and would like to try. We're surprise when we are ready to order. We been told they don't have it anymore. It's a limited time offer only. We're so disappointed, cause before we went there, we just saw their ad on tv. My husband decided to order Carnitas Bowl and I ordered Steak Bowl. I've been to several Mexican restaurant compared their serving is very small and kind a pricy. Also you have to pay extra for sour cream and guacamole. Their Carnitas and Steak Bowl are watery. We dine in. We've noticed the dirty tables, looks like nobody Is checking the entire place. Even at the counter where the cashier is, there are lots of crumbs and pieces of lettuce leaves. Cleanliness should be their priority since they are selling foods, especially this time of pandemic. They don't even have sanitizer at the entrance of the restaurant. It will be our last time coming to this place.
Okay if you order in store. Although I must say, this location seems to be stingy with the portions they give you.But DO NOT order online for this store! Today i ordered online at 4:16pm. I arrived at 4:35pm to pick it up but had to wait 20 minutes until my order was ready! Order want ready until close to 5pm. I’ve also experienced super small portions when ordering online.
