They must be under New Management, as the whole atmosphere has changed, for the better! I will reserve a little on opinions, as this is the first time ( in YEARS) I have been back in a while.They don't have Prosecco? What is up with that? They also do NOT have splits of Champagne. You cannot call yourself a" full service bar" if you don't have these two items.So far, I would recommend you try it out and yelp your thoughts.
I have eaten at Chili's before and it was nice. This time, the only good thing about my husband's and my visit was the food. My steak was good, quesadilla was good for my husband, but the attention from the server was below par, even for the dinner rush. We weren't offered chips and salsa, none were brought even when asked for (although other tables around us got them), and we were checked on only for drink refreshing. Chili's, you can do better...much better.
I personally was disappointed in my food I had a bacon cheeseburger, simple shouldn't be complicated but it had zero seasoning it was dry my wife enjoyed her shrimp dish for the most part but the vegetables were a bit over cooked. The waiter was very friendly and attentive made a great suggestion for drinks. This experience is not a deal breaker I will try again hopefully they work on the food quality.
Service was fast for how busy it was all night and the drinks were perfect and food was hot and fresh when it came out definitely coming back again
Food good service good , but dirty windows table kiosk was filthy bathrooms nasty. Asked about kiosk an server was like ,yeah that's normal, the tables get like that too. I was stunned cuz she was serious , an did not offer to clean it up.
Waitress was nice enough but every employee looked like they wanted to leave immediately, end of meal I was asked to take a survey with the words "we like good answers only, we'll... Celebrate them together later" -- this sounds like a car dealership where the poor waitress is going to get reamed for anything that goes wrong with a visit.Pasta dishes were both cold. Felt microwaved, as the outside edge was a little warm while half the dish was about room temperature.

Been here a few times, and not impressed this time. Got a bbq bacon ranch burger I believe? Lol. One of their three recommended burgers on the menu. Son had the same. His looked great. Mine not so much. Bun was greasy,and grease dripped from it the entire time I was trying to eat it. Left a puddle of grease I couldn’t finish after noticing it. If it hadn’t have been for a gift card I received for a safety on job insensitive. I would’ve demanded my refund. Server wasn’t to great either.
MEGAN AT VACAVILLE CHILIS #275 SHE IS A WAITRESS AND FULL OF HOSPITALITY. I am impressed. I didn't like chilis. But she and. The staff are on it. Good smile warm greeting, she knows her menu. A good waitress knows her menu and knows how to give options. Thank you Megan so much.
This would have been a 4 except that it was so cold in the restaurant everyone was wearing coats...the food was cold within five minutes so I only ate half of my food. Temperature unacceptable when you see people wearing their coats while trying to enjoy their meal.
