Politics aside, the food is always really well done. Everyone is pleasant and rarely make any mistakes. Then again these days I don't think there's a place that hasn't messed up my order. Lately everywhere I've been experiencing where the receipt is correct, but the wrong food made it in. It's happened quite a bit lately. It happens less here though, they run a tight crew.
Do not eat here! Halfway through my chicken sandwich I noticed a gray/silvery material under the breading of the meat. GROSSED OUT!!!! Went back to complain and get a refund and nobody was even phased or knew what it was. Didnt get an apology and manager did not even acknowledge me or the situation. So gross guys! Go to In-N-Out instead!
I love chic-fil-a, any chic-fil-a really!! LolOne small complaint I have about this one...is the Mac & cheese portions here!! They say only Mac & cheese comes in one size...meanwhile I go to other chic-fil-a's and you can get a SMALL MEDIUM OR LARGE!this place has only one size...and it ain't large! :(Anyways other than that everything is amazing ? ? ? ✨ ?♡♡♡♡♡
Excellent as always! The salads are always fresh and seasonal too! So many choices and curbside pick up is fast and convenient. I highly recommend the Chick-fil-A app for faster more efficient orders.
We showed up the place was packed so I had to park. After we parked we went in made our order it was fast and 5 Deluxe meals with medium fry and drink was under $50 the food was hot delicious and worth the wait and that was at the peak of the day
Ordered a large 7 item take-out order, but for the 3rd time was missing items. I waited 10 minutes next to the registers to simply request some sauces, and in that time watched one dine-in customer request the correct sandwich and another get so frustrated that they just left. I have visited many Chick-fil-A restaurants between work and road trips, but the service at this store has been well below the mark.
Well it's definitely busy all the time cuz by the time you order takes about 15 minutes to get your food
I decided to gift the youth at my church Chick-fil-A gift cards for Christmas gifts. Needless to say, I spent a nice amount. Unfortunately, I now regret my decision and purchase because of the unprofessionalism of Andrew on 12/10/2021 at 3:00 pm at the Vacaville Commons location. I think that laughing in a customer's face when a simple question is asked is rude and unprofessional to say the least.
Best chicken ever ! customer service is not there yet I wish these people are more sociable and smile more with happiness , they don't really show that they like to work there .? Upper management should be looking into that .because there is a way to inspire the crew to be passionate about fast food customer service and beyond!,?☺️?? ??????☺️???????????????
