They can never have steady people here so the service is terrible most of the time. Yesterday i was the only person in the drive thru and they couldnt manage to give me a fresh chicken sandwich. That bread was so stale i couldnt believe it. I did not return it because i was already upset they gave me a messy melted shake and i received the refund for the shake but didn't find out about the sandwich until i got home.
I'd give 5 if they had a green burrito, love those tacos! But other than that, decent service and fresh food. Just a little too worried about how much sauce you ask for and a bit pricey for fast food.
I spent 10 minutes in the drive thru behind a car that only needed their drink. Evidently, staff didn't check the window for that long.I bought crosscut fries and nuggets and specifically requested ranch. I received ketchup packets which I noticed when I got home. When I received my order, the woman at the window was heavily laughing at someone in the kitchen area. Extremely disappointing.
I've been a customer at Carl's Jr. for a couple months now, and I love their burgers and fries. I normally go for the classic "Famous Star with Cheese," which as far as cheeseburgers go is one delicious item of many from their menu. While the quality of the food itself is great, I've been having issues getting my food delivered recently, and the last time I went through the Drive-Thru with a coupons and received someone else's more expensive order. Carl's Jr has great food, but their quality of service is like rolling the dice depending on the day.
Nasty burgers they taste freezer burnt. No wonder no one is ever in the drive through when I go there.
1 manager and 1 employee kicking butt at the drive thru. They need x2 pay for the many hats there wearing. I hope the owner wakes up and gets them much needed help.
The service was very nice there today and I had their new chicken tenders and they were excellent
The gal that took our order needs training in customer service. She never said hello. Seriously Im standing right in front of you. She mumbled the order back at the speed of light. So either I must be fluent in gibberish or have learned the art of speed listening. Then she put her fingers in our cups when she past them to us. Gross lady what the flock? And when her co-worker/team leader tried to tell her that she was filling the coffee cups too far she shrugged the 'whatever' gesture. So I guess its not just customer service, its also team work. Too bad shes just there for the pay check. 3 stars for you
