A rude white woman isn’t show friendly to Deaf at the front door .When I was trying to communicate with my gestures and she was ignore then left me without communicate like write a note. Unprofessional. Hope no problems to Deaf customers in the future . Need to training for employees how to show friendly and communicate than give me negatives .
They don’t even know there menu. Worst service ever and you better check your bag and Receipt
I wish I can just order without getting a smart mouth remark back from the cashier at the window. Meen older lady AKA KarenPlus the food gives bad diarrhea past 3 times
Check the bag, then check again. The only reason I keep going to this BK is because it's close and convenient to my home. Always, without fail, they forget something. There's been times when I've had to circle the drive thru twice because they still missed an item. I realize people make mistakes once in a while but it's getting a little ridiculous when the receipt literally tells you exactly what to put in the bag.
If you order a burger before lunch, you can be sure to get an undercooked patty which will lead to food poisoning. Happend to me 3 times at this location. I shouldve never gone back after the first time it happened
I had a breaded chicken it was very dry with no condiments the french fries were cold I recently visit this site and I should know that I should not dine with them any longer I don't think I'll be back

Dining room is closed and they have a sign that if you can't use the drive through then use the app or call for curb side pickup.I called and they told me to order at the window, where the drive though is, so I'm walking amongst cars to order, which is not a good idea safety wise. I can't pull my truck through their drive through.Either take the calls over the phone or change your sign.Nice big gas station next door but won't be returning to BK again.
Would be nice of you to inform people that you don't feel like opening the lobby.A tiny sign on the door is not the way to do it.
Thank you for the amazing service. The beautiful women working the drive through window was an absolute angel to work with. Food was burger King , but the service was above and beyond.
