Good burgers, fries and such but service is not the best or friendliest at the drive through. Good luck getting a receipt. Tonight all the dining area lights were out before 8:30, so it was drive through or nothing. Google indicated open till 12:00 AM so I don't know what time counter service stops. Thanks to coupons, so dinner was less!
Website said they closed at 1130pm went through at 10pm just for a water and was told they are closed. They wouldn’t even open the window they just looked at their phones and shook their heads.
I Cant get enough of the Impossible Whopper! That's the only thing I eat at BK now. It's juicy and tastes like actual meat. ?This location needs to focus more on making sure to get mobile orders ready. They don't prepare it until you drive up. The produce is not fresh. They don't add the extra stuff you pay more for when you order.
This place is bad. Not just because it’s fast food. The employee’s were not wearing gloves and was preparing food. He was not wearing gloves and was touching peoples fries and what not. Never again will I come back. This burger king is dirty the floors are not swept or mopped the tables are not wiped down, has food all over them. DO NOT COME!
This is the second time I have received poor customer service while using the drive through. Both instances were bye different employees. Neither seemed to be in a good mood and are lacking professional communication skills.We ordered Classic Chicken sandwiches which were over cooked/burnt and our drinks were filled half way. When I asked for a little more ice and a bit more soda, they looked at me like I was crazy. I felt the uncomfortable vibe they were giving and asked to speak with the manager. I was told the manager was not in but her name is Leticia. They could not provide her last name because he said he didn’t know. REALLY!I also attempted to go into the store but the doors were locked yet again. Time was 4:30pm. I drove around and asked when their lobby will reopen and they did not know. They actually told me they weren’t sure why the doors were locked to begin with. Of course no one ran to unlock them.I have been in this area for 7 months now and the doors are always locked. I will copy this situation and relay it to corporate because I don’t trust that this will make it through the proper channels.This is a great location in a good neighborhood and we expect professional a well run and customer friendly restaurant.
Spicy chicken had obviously been sitting around for a while. The breading was dry and not very spicy. I understand the importance of not making your customers wait very long for their food but not at the expense of the quality of the food!
I've gone to this place a few times and there's been a problem every time. First time I got food poisoning. First and only time I've ever experienced that. It was a chicken sandwich. Other times I didn't get what I ordered. Today I ordered a sausage biscuit. It was super dry and dark like it had been cooked earlier, sat, and re-cooked. I don't think I'll be going back to this one.

Usually good service went last night ordered a orange juice and dessert got on freeway opened orange juice didn't realize till after I sipped it that it didn't have the peel off seal wasn't there I've bought oj there before so I know seal comes on it but for whatever reason It didn't dawn on me till after I drank some tried calling last night and today call goes to what seems like fax machine I recommend management open a few just to check if foul is the case .And why doesn't anyone ever give receipt there only one female that works evenings does
