Did not have a great experience here at all. Service was slow which is to be expected with the short staffing everywhere but there were multiple problems with our order and when we asked for them to be corrected, only one thing was fixed while our food sat getting cold. So we chose to just deal with it and not get what we paid for unfortunately.
It looked like only one person was working. He didn’t give me the bbq I asked for. There was no condiments on my sandwich at all. And he never said they were out of anything. He just handed me the bag and closed the window. With no words said. Never going back.
So the food was ok, it was what I expected from Burger King and nothing wrong with it. The staff was ok. The place needs a serious update or remodel though. The drive through sign is being held together with tape and the while place feels run down.
There were no menu up in the lobby. Customer service was not good at all. I won't be doing it at Burger King no more???????????
The service was good and the place clean. The only thing missing were customers. maybe it was the time of day or people just aren't eating inside yet.
I was the only person in the lobby waiting to order with three employees at a single register. No one greeted me or acknowledged my existence. I waited as they did whatever and then two walked away and the last person at the register grabbed a burger and sat down to eat in the lobby. Really??? Lucky for me, McDonald’s is right next door. I’d give them no stars but that isn’t an option. Take your business elsewhere!
I would give it no stars if I could. Went through the drive-thru waited 15 minutes nobody responded . Both workers not paying attention to the drive-thru. Went from nobody being on the drive-thru to eight cars being in the Drive-Thru. Will never go again to this Burger King. Always something
Don't go late at night that was my mistake my burger was raw i had to throw it away
Mediocre drive-thru, it took really long and all I ordered was a vanilla ice cream cone , and the ice cream cone was small messy.
To me it was bad because when we were ordering they made us repeat our order and they sounded like they didn't want to take our order and they handed our food kind of aggressively
