Overpriced. Ordered a $16 wedge salad which came with a single small piece of chicken. Unfulfilling.
we went to sit out on patio watch race and drink beer. our server was great.
This is much of a sports bar as one can get. Many screen’s display different sporting events of the time. Clean bathrooms and excellent service. Kudos to our Safety Meeting friend. Love you guys.
a while ago my dad went down to order the 20 piece wing bundle with fries and they unfortunately forgot the fries. we were all upset since we live across town, so he called and they said they’d cover for the next time we came.and they did! the wings are always hot and meaty and the fries were great, kira really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied this time—thanks kira!
Stopped by here Sunday night with some friends on our way home from the Niner game. They have never been to a BWW and sad to say they had a bad experience. I have been too, two different BWW in two weeks and received similar poor service at both locations. I know everyone is short staffed right now and to expect some minor issues but if you have a new hire the manager should be going behind to follow up or shadowing her. I will give the gal a break and she did say she was new and it was her 3rd day so I do not want to be too harsh on her. #1 we had to ask for a glass of water 3 different times before she got us water. #2 I asked for Lemon for my pepsi multiple times and never received it. #3 my wings came out with no sauce and they had all the sauce on the side so had to send them back and by the time my wings came back up everyone else was done eating. #4 we had no silverware and had to ask 1/2 way through our meal for silverware. #5 when the check came out we asked for it to be on two separate checks and the appetizers were on the wrong bill, Also she had to ask me how many wings I ordered so she knew what to charge me for. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he was un available. I normally have pretty good service at this location and stop on average once a month as I attend a lot of sporting events down in the bay area. I hope this was a one time issue and my service is better next time.
Food was good. We had brisket sandwich and brisket tacos. They have a beer on the app, website and their in house menus at $3.00 for a tall. When we received our bill they charged $3.50 each. When asked about it we were told it was an old menu. They did end up adjusting the bill. I felt it was just shady on their part.
Just needed the bland regular side Mac. Paid 20$ for three side orders plus tip and they somehow managed to mess it up and put ranch in the food. All three. So not only the person that preps the food but the person that gets the to go order ready ( the person you pay and tip) could see the creamy ranch in the Mac and still pass off 20$ of Mac and cheese my kids can’t even eat.Then when I call to fix this issue no manager can speak or fix any part of their mistake.But promise to call back tomorrow.Never do/did thank you “manager Cierra”. My bank will take it from here since you and your staff can’t do a super simple job.How hard is it to mess up kids Mac and cheese? Never once had this issue at any Buffalo Wild Wings but will be sure to let everyone within a 50 mile radius that this location can’t even make a kids Mac and cheese properly.
It was not busy and we received terrible service! I got half seasoned food and then tried to get a new order and received half as many as the right amount and the complete wrong seasoning. We never got asked about refills and waited for everything. Very disappointed. Did tell the manager about the service and received a discount on the price of our dinner that was the only good thing about the night.
Lunch date with my wife. Food is always good and I was glad to pick from the lunch menu for a reasonably priced lunch for two.
Decent menu and large open dinning area. Service was great. Ideal for watching any sporting events. Prices are a bit above average but quality and quantity was great.
