Had such a great dinner!! The manager on duty was amazing & so helpful. Our waiter Asher was great and so attentive even though the restaurant was very busy. Food was delicious. Will come back again.

Surprisingly quick service for a Thurs and the food was really good. Our server was attentive. Nice to get out to dinner with family again.
Been going to this restaurant for years. I can say the quality of food has gone down in the past 2 years. Not going to blame it on COVID. We came to the restaurant in Vacaville today. Was seated and left alone for 30 minutes. Servers kept passing our table of 2 and serving others who were seated after us. After 30 minutes I went up to the front to ask why we were no being served? Never given an answer, but was told they would contact someone to come see us. While we are still waiting, people who were just seated had their drinks and 5 minutes later they were eating.However, our server, Thomas, has one of the nicest attitudes that a server could have in dealing with the public. Thomas was awesome in getting our drinks and making sure our order came out in time and right. He was very apologetic about the wait and he seemed to be the only server who was working in several different areas, but he always made sure to check on us. We gave a rating of 3 for the restaurant, but for Thomas the server on 3/30/22 in the late afternoon deserves a 10+ rating. Thomas, we thank you, again for showing us and others your kindness and hard work. Please make sure that Thomas is aware of the rating we gave him.

Dining out should be a pleasant experience, atmosphere and in joying a meal you wish you could make at home. BJ’s was once the place to go every weekend, unfortunately this place is on the level of an after thought. The service, cleanliness and quality of food is a health issue. I’ve not gone for the last few month and thought I would give them a chance now that life is getting back to normal. I ordered two fish tacos and one had two pieces of fish the size of a nickel the other looked like a fried straw. The staff handled it horribly. I will not return, save your money. Time to get served after sitting at table, 20min. Time food served after ordered 48min. Time it took to get bill after dinner completed 30min. Dinning experience 0 through 10 = -8
Great food, friendly service. If you're familiar with Rutherford Grill in Napa County, the prime rib dip sandwich rivals theirs. If you don't plan on heading to the wine country, stop in to BJ's. Thomas was a great server.
Customer service was good food prep not so much. Cold and reheated a little too much.The bill was $465+$80 tip. The food should have been better.
Take-out order. $13 for the chicken sandwich below... didn't come with any of the veggies it was supposed to, completely dry bun (no condiments at all, was supposed to come with honey mustard), and no fries at all(which it was supposed to come with). Does this look worth $13??? What a joke, fast food looks better than this junk. Not wasting my money here again.
I used to love coming here as one of the few places with a decent gluten free menu. Just had two big mess-ups with delivery in one week though. First time I didn't get my food (offered a refund - still haven't seen it). Figured it was a fluke and ordered again for my son - ordered 3 items, straight from the menu with no edits, and one was totally wrong. My suggestion to all would be to order pick up and check for accuracy while there.
