Went there purchased a chicken large bowl for $10 and the way the bowl was served was one scoop of rice and about 1/2 cup of chicken or less... I mean I know things are getting ridiculous with everything going but this too much you might as well only serve and sell bowls. Geeeez!!
Very clean and well maintained.Quick and friendly service.As usual there combo plate, original beef and teriyaki chicken with veggies on white rice are my fav.I noticed they now have clam chowder and egg rolls which I'll have to try out. Great value for your money.
Food is good but has no onion and no sesame seed the employee attitude make me put 1 star good think is no 0. I ask how many springs rolls come in the er and he just pointed the menu board instead of telling me how many are in 1 order so I have to look for it. This location need to dind better employees
Went in the evening time and the drive thru gal was lacking on customer service skills. She got an attitude when we asked about the sauces. Got to the window and she stormed in the back. Smh!
Always in n out in a timely manner. I live in Pomona and yes there's one location here but the service and waiting time is terrible. So I prefer to drive to Upland.
I went in after 9 p.m. and ordered my food quickly. I received my food and I noticed the portions sizes were smaller than other locations I have visited recently. I was satisfied with the taste of the food but I felt a little scammed. Overall, I probably wouldn't visit this location again.
I may have written a good review of this eatery that was favorable, but new employees have changed that. I went in, and ordered as usual. When asked my name, I said Olive. The young lady appeared not to understand me, so I spoke louder, saying "Olive like the martini type". She looked at me strangely, and put "Eli" on my order. When I went to sit down, one of the customers commented to me, liking the "Olive like the martini type". This same young lady was behind the counter, with another employee, commenting on me, while giving me an ugly look. Clearly, with the new employees are not the best. I clearly, and loudly told the couple that acknowledged that they heard how I described my last name, that this is why at times I regret having served 30 years in the Army. I won't be going back. I did that customer survey thing, with zero response from Yoshinoya. I don't want the young lady fired, but that sort of nasty demeanor doesn't make customers want to return.
Won't come back to this location. Food was good but the portion seemed like half the size. Maybe it's because I used coupons.??? Cashier, Marissa was a bit rude too.
Ordered ahead for pickup as we often do and the service was impeccable as usual. Staff is always friendly and welcoming, food is always ready on time and is fresh, delicious and portions are generous.
Food is okay, usually don't have a problem.Cashier's can be either normal or rude, easily offended, terrible service. Hit or miss.
