Food was good but the service was very poor. I preordered my dinner at 3pm for it to be ready on my way after work at 5:30pm. But it wasn’t ready I had to wait over 15mins. The staff was very insincere.
They took over 30 min to give me my order and when I walked up to ask them about my order they ignored me for another 5 min and my order was ready all along on the shelf by the time they gave it to me the food was cold
Hello ! I’m one of very last clients to ever order from this location. Nonetheless, my order was incorrect om a Friday night. I got back to them on a Sunday, clearly it was my mistake on waiting until the last minute. I was directed to an unprofessional “manager” who cared less about what I said. If you order from this location, make sure your order is complete they like to mistaken, give attitude over the phone & be all over the place !!
Your forced to order combos , you cant just order just the chicken, if you what the chicken alone you have to buy the 10 piece . Going back to Buffalo Wild Wings ?
I called to place a phone order and they said they dont take phone orders . I tried explaining their online was not working, they said sorry and hung up.
The service was terrible I ordered well done wings and was told they can’t make them well done and for me to call back after 3 when manager is there and the phone is busy since I have been calling through out the day it’s 8pm and it’s still busy. The service was beyond awful they need new management and rehire all new staff. I would never recommend them to anyone I will just drive to 4th and grove wings too where I’m always satisfied with there service
Horrible service, never respond to their calls, even when the place is empty, get placed on hold until their phone disconnects you automatically after 10 minutes. AND you managed to get the order wrong somehow? What is wrong with the service here?
This is the best location I’ve ever been to. The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the yummy options they have for wings! Definitely satisfied my cravings. Thank you to Mina, Kyle, Selene, MaryJane, and Adrian for making my day... my week... my month... the wings and service were spectacular!
