This service was awful. The Manager was so rude and made us feel like we were bothering her. Her English was broken so we ordered but weren't sure that she got it right. She didn't and when we took it back she rolled her eyes and remade the food but said nothing to us. I won't go back here. I felt so bad after we left. Why did we get treated like this, we said please after every we order and thanked her but she was annoyed and we suffered because of it.
I go for the chili and loaded baked potato, occasionally a frosty because they are the best in fast food ice cream but my God, what I paid for a burger and what I got was absolutely not worth the price!!!!I love Wendy's but c'mon if u saw my order you'd be like that's it?!

This is one of the better locations. Fast, friendly and the food was fresh and warm. Only complaint and it's not just here: Please get rid of the soda machines that dispense all sodas thru the same hole. These sodas taste horrible!!
Line in the drive thru seemed long but moved quickly. I don't have a Wendy's near me so I stopped here to get a frosty. It was great and I got a free frosticcino (sp?) because the 2nd window heard my order wrong and made that instead of a frosty. They corrected thw small mistake right away and I was happy for the miscommunication. The frosty/coffee drink was also delicious.
I think this is the only good Wendy's anymore. There system doesn't seem to.go down as often. Their kitchen seems to work quite well and the employees seem alot nicer than most other locations. Guess they have better management here.
Placed a order at the drive-thru for a junior cheeseburger Deluxe. It was wrong. So they made a new one. Got home,and it was still wrong. It's not rocket science. Just a hamburger. Just a suggestion. When you buy food there. You might want to check it before you leave.
I generally find Wendy's as adequate, but more interesting on ocassion. On this occasion I got the new Big Cheddar Bacon Queso Whatnot Burger or something like that ; ) It was quite good at a reasonable price.
Went there late at night just before closing service I got was excellent Service. I asked for chili and baked potatoes but he told me he would rather not sell those to me as they were not the best being close to closing time. I was very happy to hear that he cared about the experience I would have as a customer and didn't want to sell a substandard product.Got some nuggets and some fries and he threw in a couple of free cookies. Excellent service
