The food is good and so to are the smoothies.
Ordered a peanut butter smoothie today at noon, out of peanut butter. Asked for a mocha smoothie, out of mocha. I then settled for another smoothie. Two hours later, my girlfriend ordered a smoothie and they said they were out of strawberries and bananas. This is a smoothie place. How do you not have any of this stuff? Does not make sense at all.
This is the 2nd time Ive ordered food from this location and both times the food has been made wrong and untasteful. I have tried to submit a complaint through tropical smoothies contact form online and never receive a response.
Do you're tastebuds a favor and skip this trash bin of a smoothie place. Horrible bowls but the worst part about my visit was the staff. Locked the door at around 12 , thought maybe there was an accident no big deal i work across the street. come back at 2, door locked but two girls are talking up as storm right in front of the register. They knew I was there but ignored me. Never again. Wonder If family hired them because they should be fired
Bunch of children working the front. Tiny girl who always wears sweats cursed at my husband after he accidently placed an order for the wrong size. Not a big deal but to her unprofessional self , it was. They locked the door after we left
So I ordered the Mocha Madness and it says it comes with Coffee, and in the Ingredients it says 1 Cup of coffee, Yet the Employees put actually Coffee Grounds!! It was Not what I ordered And Not what is advertised on the Menue on the store or online ingredients, when I brought to their attention,They said their Instructions tell them to use Coffee Grounds, ok if that's the Case then something is Wrong, Menus or the Instructions

I ordered a veggie bowl and it was really bad!!!! They took so long making it and the veggies were all wilted and the jack cheese had a weird smell... I will never ever eat from this establishment again!!!!!
