Order a sandwich and received more than I asked. Please see image .I reached out to the manager or assistant manager TONY, he said I can return any time and they will replace my sandwich. He confirmed I didn't need anything but to mention my name and inform them that "Tony said my replacement sandwich was covered." When I finally had time to stop by and called to order they told me they had no idea what I was talking about and return when when Tony was in.Overall very disappointing with the lack of communication and quality check of the food.
It's all about the sandwiches at this place. The ingredients are fresh the bread is amazing. Nice friendly service. My favorite is the roast beef dip. Definitely a must try.

The service is not great, girls are always rude, and rushing you, personality not great, but the sandwiches themselves are delicious, sometimes one person makes it better than others, depends who makes your sandwich. But the flavor of combination of the ingredients are good and the bread is good quality. They have soup of the day, prices are a little high. Limited sitting, a lot of ppl come here during lunch hr, so place phone order so you don't wait in long line to order.

They don't answer there phone for pickup orders which forces you to order in person or online which cost more, I don't like staying in places anymore than 10 minutes now due to covid, they do have great food just lousy service at times if you think of it the more younger the people they get to work the more they think that they don't have to show 100% at work
