Good food and not too crowded. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive.
Tonight my parents enjoyed a dinner with their friends at the restaurant for my Dad's 84th birthday. Once I saw the photo posted of their dinner taking place, I contacted the restaurant and they allowed me to pay their tab as a surprise. I was happy they let me do it, others haven't, so I appreciate the staff and management making this possible! Hats off to all of you!!!!
Just stopped in today, found a seat at the bar when this overly zealous woman came to us and said we needed reservations?? Been here many times but have never been told that we couldn't sit where we were. Restaurant wasn't SRO! Insultingly after taking our names she basically said "you will be waiting outside"? Why do we have to wait outside,plenty of room inside. It was quite cool.Main reason we stopped in was to order some food to go. Had been in during the beginning of February & the owner had made Jambalaya, we ordered it and liked it so much we wanted to see if it was still available. With this woman's condescending attitude we left. Who tells customers to wait outside these days? Maybe only to non-whites?
I order the cod fish and chips.Maybe it’s me but H&R Fish and Chips is way tasty then the fish and chips I ordered from The Heights.I was not at all impressed.Never again. I just wasted my money.Server was very pleasant.
Good food great service but it's getting a little too expensive and a lot of restaurants aren't doing happy hour anymore including this one.
We have been coming here for year's, Great Atmosphere, food drinks and Entertainment(Phil the Magician) , You definitely want to visit here.FYI, make reservations!!
Love their food but VERY disappointed that they aren't looking out for the safety and well-being of their patrons. Staff do not wear masks even now in the midst of a new surge in COVID cases. I won't be back for the time being.
Great place for dining. All staff friendly and courteous. Eric makes great drinks and Michael is a great PR person. Food is always delicious and I love salad with salmon & avacado it’s always delicious.
Nice location, excellent staff. Food was very good. Creative drinks. No happy hour because short staffed even though it's on the website. Bar top needs to be seated for people like it was before.
Definitely a Hidden Gem in the IE area. It's a must try for me! I Would recommend this place to anyone for their delicious food, from their Pizza to their sandwiches! It a Very great spot for them Foodie people. I just happened to stumble onto this spot passing through the area and I’m so glad I did! They also have a great bar! The Heights Restaurant will be seeing me again ?
