The food is too salty and bun is totally burnt and dry.The service was horrible.Will never eat here again.
I grew up in Santa Barbara so I've eaten at the very first Habit. They have always been amazing, with outstanding customer service. I was so disappointed with the customer service at this location as well as the food. My food was cold and my fries were emptied into my bag on top of the rest of my food. Which made them difficult to actually eat, due to the fact that it wasn't only my food in the bag. When I agreed for a separate bag to try and separate the fries from the onion rings (I'm allergic to onions) I was told "no" needles to say I did not get to eat my fries. I really hope that this server was just having a bad day and that this is not how she treats people on a regular basis.
Usually very good. Once in a while we have to check our order. Probably just a training issue. My family and I feel that our meals from the The Habit in The Colonies, more than meets our expectations.
Habit has a great menu, something for everyone. Wife had a chicken salad, kid had a cheeseburger and I had a steak sandwich. Order came out fast and hot. Really delicious food.
The employees were very courteous and the site of the campus /19th Habit Burger Grill (HBG)was clean,I haven't order food from the Habit in many years due to COVID-19 restrictions and my elder age ,,however this day i had a taste for the tuna burger and that was my order inaddition to tempura green beans and fruit drink,,the tempura green beans and drink was tastyHowever ,,i was disappointed with the taste of the tuna burger ,,the tuna was tasteless and the sourdough bun was not toasted enough for my taste,,so i will not order a tuna burger again from the Habit Burger Grill.In the futurewhenever i return to the HBG i will only order meat with /chesse burgers ,,and request the bread/bun to be well toasted,,,,
Just came back from a hike and my group and I were HUNGRY. Stopped by The Habit and unfortunately, it was the worst experience I've had at a, The Habit. I asked for 2 Double Chars with bacon but I felt it wasn't enough. I was craving the Chicken bits but I remembered that many places have been out of the BBQ sauce so I ask the cashier if they had any. He tells me they do so I order it. To my surprise, I get my order and when I ask for BBQ sauce, he just says, "we don't have any" and walks away. Really? Like I didn't just ask beforehand. I'm fine that they didn't have BBQ sauce but what bothered me was his careless attitude to fix or acknowledge his mistake. He just said, "we don't have have so what do you want?" On top of that, my brother ordered a double char as well and they messed up and gave him a single and a friend ordered a, get this, BBQ Chicken sandwich and to his surprise, no BBQ. They don't even tell you, they just take your order and give it to you however they feel like it. Pathetic.
11/14/21-Just left the Habit in Upland. I really wanted to enjoy my Original Cheese? but it was soggy & food poison was my fate. It all started wit ordering curbside. I waited outside for 20 min before going inside to find my order sitting on the rack. Oh no, I thought, and yes a soggy bun and mushy ingredients. It tasted horrible. What I did ate made me sick to my stomach.
The Santa Barbara chargrilled burger with cheese avocado grilled onion on sourdough bread is the best! The Onion rings have the perfect crunch and crispy texture and are so delicious they leave you craving more. Fries are always yummy too!
Staff was very friendly and helpful.Store was clean and well staffed.Food was served hot and just as ordered. My sister- in -law and I would definitely return.
