Visited the Habit Grill in Upland Calif.I was impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment and ample seating.Ordering was a breeze and we only waited a short time before our food was ready.Delicious!I tried their new pulled pork sandwhich. To my surprise there was a hamburger patty under the pork, pickles and coleslaw.We also ordered one of the large salads which was also delicious.We will be back! YumFYI: This location has a drive-thru, how convenient is that!
Way too cold in this place. They mist have the AC on under 60 degrees. My food got cold so quickly I had to have them make me a new one. It’s s always cold in the habit. I’ve also been to the one In Rancho Cucamonga. It’s the same…. They should consider the customers and the food gets cold and then tastes bad.
I love coming here because of convenience and it’s so delicious but the past 3 times i’ve been they have messed up my order and given no receipt leaving me with nothing to eat while on lunch. Just feels like a waste of money when I can’t eat salad dressing and it’s covered in it after specifically asking twice. :(
The service was good but everyone wore a fake smile. I went there because I really wanted a big meaty hamburger. The beef was hands down the poorest quality I've ever eaten. Full of bone and gristle. My wife had a chicken Cobb salad that was half the size of any Cobb I've ever seen and almost twice as expensive.
Terrible experience the last 3 times here. Each time we thought it was a fluke but 3rd times a charm. Overly salty fries, mixing up drink orders, wrong food in bags, burgers or whole meals missing and charging for food we didn't ask for. The list goes on. We will not be returning here and hope they can fix these issues in the future to prevent future loss of customers.

It was ok. The cashier did a great job, and very courteous. But the person handing the food looked a little stress. Even when I told her that I was missing an item, and she looked at the pick ticket and just said, they did not pay for it. Had to go, get my receipt and explain to her it was paid for. In the end they made it right, but the expectation should be not to brush me off. All in all it was just ok. That's Why I put it @ 2 stars
I never write reviews but this is the 3rd time that I have gone through the drive thru a d they have forgotten and item. They need to train better or pay there workers less because I'm tired of being ripped off. If there was a zero star button I would be tapping it.

Great service but the food quality was very poor.. The burger was not cooked well, put together very sloppy. The fried onion rings were burnt,, also the french fries smelled old and were not fresh. I was very disappointed! The habit at the colonies is sooo much better! Next time I will make an extra trip to experience the habit the way it's should be.
