The best restrauntive been to in a long time and by far the best in upland. A hidden gem. Always ask for the garlic sauce. It’s to die for

Delicious food and reasonable prices, the falafel was super delicious and the chicken shawarma was amazing. I'll come back whenever i get chance!I tried as well the chicken tikka with rice & hummus! The stuff is so friendly & as a lebanese, i am so proud to find a place in upland that serve lebanese food.Recommended highly if you miss your hometown.A family business, you feel like you are home.

Visited this restaurant due to craving Mediterranean food. Decided to order food here because of the reviews. The food lacked taste, mushy and dry. The restaurant definitely needs some TLC and some cleaning. We won’t be visiting here again.

Delicious food! It was our first time in this cozy little place!

It was the middle of the week and Wednesday calls for a mini venture out to follow Hubz around his work sites, which led me to exploring Uplands, CA. I was having some major cravings for Mediterranean food and found Tanya’s on google! The area is not the most modern or bustling area ever, when we arrived for lunch it was around 12pm and the restaurant was empty. During our visit there were a couple of patrons in and out, also a few making takeout orders. I’m assuming the lady who took my order is Tanya, and I'm assuming she was also by herself as she was the only one coming in and out to verify orders and cash people out. Wait time for our food took about half an hour so this is not the choice for something quick unless you plan and try to call ahead!Fried Kibbeh - ($5.50) - Freshly fried and piping hot, her flavors and the crust were perfect. The side of hummus and a gallop of garlic sauce was delicious!Chicken Shawarma - ($8.99) - Chicken was a tad dry, rice was insanely mushy, salad was barely there but the hummus tasted great. This was kind of a sad plate. The portion was pretty generous but the quality just wasn't there.Overall, the kibbeh was good, the plate was sad and when the rice is mushy it just doesn’t make a good meal for anyone. The wait time for the food was absurdly long for food that was just mediocre at best. Not the best first impression.

This place is not what it used to be. My family and I walked in and there were dirty plates with dried, crusty food laying on some of the dining tables. I was told there were no more falafels for the night. I ordered the kofta wrap and the chicken wrap. The kofta was meager and barely present and the garlic sauce tasted old and abnormally tangy. It was difficult to eat and not enjoyable. Both the chicken and kofta wrap was made with cold, stale pita. My wife had the chicken kabob plate and she said it was lukewarm and mediocre. She also said the bathroom was neglected and dirty. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt like I needed to warn others about how much this place changed. I miss the old place.

Came for my first time to bring home dinner for me, my parents, and sister and they enjoyed it a lot. Quality taste in their food. All authentic. Highly recommend the Beef and chicken Kabab!
