I went to this Starbucks because it has a drive-thru which I thought was going to be quick.? Sometimes I wonder if it would be quicker to just got inside. The line was all the way back to the Foothill Blvd entrance, I needed my morning cup of coffee because I skipped it & breakfast to run errands. The line took awhile. I think the whole thing took about 25 mins. I ordered a Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato w/an add shot of espresso & a slice of Banana Nut Loaf. They asked if I wanted the Banana Nut Loaf warmed up. I said "No Thanks!" I noticed that when the loafs or muffins get warmed up. They become a bit dry. I like my cakes & stuff like cakes moist. Not much else to say other than on to the next outing.?
Shift supervisor refused to refill coffee stating that they dont do refill in drive thru and also We have to stay in the lobby for more than an hour …… since when ????So upset how they treated us it was really rudeNot going back to this location whatsoever
In a line of three cars, I made it in the drive through of this Starbucks. Upon my order I received my sandwich completely cold straight from the fridge. Then asked what my order was
My father needed coffee for a work function on 12/18/2021. He placed an order the night before for just plain coffee to make sure it would be ready the next day on time and even offered to pay, but they said don't worry you can pay when you pick it up. The next day I went to pick it up and they told us that they were closed early due to being short staffed. When we asked why they did not call us to inform us so we could have placed the order somewhere else and had it on time for the work function, they said because we hadn't paid for it yet (even though they told us not to pay). The fact that they knew there was an order for the scheduled time and did not inform us is completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I know next time we need a large coffee order for a work function we will not be using them and neither will other businesses we are affiliated with. Very disappointed...

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They took at least 10 minutes to even take our order while they stood around chit-chatting. The girl while taking my order interrupted my order just talk/yell at another employee leaving asking if they were off. She gave me milk in my latte even after I ordered oatmilk and making sure they had enough Oatmeal for the drink. So unprofessional and disappointing.
I have been to many Starbucks. Probably every single one in the area. THIS location has never wronged me. They're fast and friendly and always ready with substitutions if things you originally wanted aren't available (and this is NOT their fault -- the entire supply chain is messed up right now. if anything it's impressive they're able to keep up with demand as well as they do). The chairs are comfortable and the wifi is solid. The drive through gets through orders fast, and it doesn't seem to affect the baristas' ability to get through in-store orders too. A+ great job y'all
The Group of Young Adults working here have a good attitude amongst themselves which in turn means a pretty Cool attitude with their , customers Mainly myself A+ I came inside Late Sunday night to have a couple of drink's and Chill ! Wowww No attitude , No Turn your music down , No "no you can't use our restroom" Right On ??☕?? I was able to RE = Relax , Enjoy the rest of my evening with-only Peace and no Kinda streSS at all
