We had ordered close to closing time and then got lost on the way to pick up the pizza but the manager waited for us when she didn’t have to to make sure we got it. She was awesome !

My order was wrong plus they charged me a service fee for an order they couldn’t even get done correctly. I will not be coming back here for mediocre pizza that’s overpriced.Pizza Hut chains charging a service fee really feels like a rip off to me!
wrong order, been calling since 12 when it was deleivered and no one answers a phone there. all the food was wrong i even told the driver and he said not my fault and left. i want a refund but of course lazy people cant pick phone up
The Cinnabons need to have a good amount of frosting. The ones that I received barely had any. I am in no way asking for an exaggerated amount, just the regular amount.

When placing the order on your app, it was not indicated how long it would take to have it delivered . Once the order was placed, the confirmation email indicated 55-65 minutes. The order was confirmed at 5:29 PM. The order was received at 6:53 PM. That is 83 minutes. Meanwhile, I called the location several times and I was put on hold anywhere from one minute to 7 minutes at which point I was disconnected each time from the call. No one ever answered. Unfortunately, by the time the food got here, it was cold and my husband was so upset he asked thee delivery person what happened and he indicated that this location had to take care of another cities location because that store was closed. I think this should be indicated prior to ordering whether online, app or by phone. It was a horrible experience and I will never do business with you again......Alba
Order was wrong, I called this place 19 times because I ordered on the app and asked for delivery and it never arrived. I even included a 20% tip. When I drove there the guy basically said he didn’t answer the phone bc he was busy and there is only one driver. He gave me the tip back in cash and handed me my pizza. Which had been sitting there for almost an hour.
My review is on the poor customer service at this Upland Pizza Hut. Went in to order pizzas on Thursday Oct 28th around 5:30 and was helped by Rick (which I later found out was a manager)This guy has the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced anywhere. I was the only customer in the store and right away he seemed bothered/upset like he didn’t what to take the order.I asked about any specials and was given cold/short answers which seemed like he really didn’t want to be bothered. This guy was rude and very condescending with his answers.I certainly understand some customers make it hard (this was not the case) after a long day at work I just wanted to order A few pizzas and be on my way.Please put Rick in the back, in the office or anywhere that he’ll not come into contact with the customer.Needless to say, that will be my last visit to the Upland Pizza Hut.
order was incorrect.. i ordered the crust plain.. but they put the parmasian oil .. the lady said she can wipe the garlic oil/parmsean off with a breadstick.. I said NO i want the order re-made.. so she went directly from working the cash register and phone to making my 2 pizzas with out washing her hands... this place is UNSANATARY
