The food was good and the restaurant was clean, but the service was subpar. I went in with my family and I could tell that the young lady making our crust was very annoyed. She didn’t take into consideration that it was our first time, so I felt rushed to make a decision. She finally changed her attitude by the end of the transaction, but by this time it was too late for my other family members. We almost walked away and went to a burger place that was near. The service from one person definitely left a bad taste. It’s cost friendly though and the concept is pretty cool. I would probably just choose another location next time.
I used to come here for their Tuesday deal of $17.99 for 2 pizzas and you also buy a drink but after the new management they don’t have it anymore. Chino Hills still has that Deal so go there instead !
We have been going to the Upland Pieology for a few years and loved it. We just.went last week and ordered the same pizza we always get but it tasted totally different to both of us. We didn't even finish one shared PieRise. The girl who put on the cheese was very stingy and then she slid over to add the veggies and again added very few of each kind. Also, you can no longer scan your receipt to get points. Place needs to be spruced up. We were planning on taking friends there, but we are rethinking that plan.
We went here to get a couple of pizzas on a Tuesday night and I was very disappointed with how they did my pizza. The Rancho location always made my pizza just like I asked for it but here they refused to put the meat on first before the vegetables like I asked saying they couldn't do it that way it ruined the whole pizza experience for me, on top of that the crust was burnt.
They put a tiny bit of cheese and then charge $.79 for more cheese. The cheese siding even cover the the whole pizza. About 2” of just sauce on the edges.They buckle and dime the customer. This used to be our go to pizza spot but. If anymore. Bad business!!!
Their pizza is great not like all the chain pizza places. Made to order and very satisfying! Great pizza place in the neighborhood. A little pricier than the chains but worth it! Delicious!
I've been coming here for years but the last two months have gone downhill. My pizzas have either been burnt or barely cooked at all. I asked for extra ricotta when I ordered online the last time and instead they barely put two dollops on. When they saw it said extra they just gave me a side of it but wouldn't even put it on the pizza and heat it up bit. The last time I went into the store they gave my pizza to the wrong person who I had seen touch the pizza. When they realized that mistake they tried to put it in the to go box and give it to me. They told me it was a new pizza but I saw them use the same pizza as the man had already been touching. Very disappointing
Went on Tuesday evening around 6:30pm. Friendly and helpful service. They seemed short staffed, however, everything was running smoothly and efficiently. Both pizzas were delicious and well cooked. Easy to get a dairy free pizza!
Normally I love this place but apparently they couldn’t give me more cheese because they can only give a certain portion…under new management…considering the only topping was cheese I don’t understand why it was a big deal…I’ve never been told they could only give me so much
I Have been coming to this location since they opened, and It has gone completely downhill over the last year. Somehow the pizzas have gotten smaller as well.
