Portion sizes small, like ridiculously small. 40 bucks and it didn't even feed 2 people. To add insult to injury they gave us 1 soy sauce packet and 1 fork for 2 people and 2 meals purchased. The food tastes great and the staff is polite but again the portion size leave you feeling scammed.
The app said I had an order I show up on time. They say they never got the order. Forcing me to reorder and wait an additional 30 minutes. The food sux too.
Great customer service, always. You will be greeted with a genuine smile. Good food, but I wish the chain had spicier selections. Even when I request extra spicy, on an already "spicy" selection it tastes like it's original recipe.
Roach at employees restroom. Must have been tuck on someone shoe from kitchen. Overlooking at kitchen pieces of food scattered all over corners. Also witnessed employees touching food without gloves . Food was prepared in a rush manner that the noodle was like a rubber.
Thai Basil Cashew was old, tough overcooked and bland. House special beef was literally a small carton with beef only in it , very very burnt and inedible. Disappointing and waste of money.
Vegetables is fresher than Panda very good taste thank you!!! Recommend to anyone

Staff here is always nice, courteous, and never seems angry to help you, even when you need extra sauces or ANYTHING. Everytime I come here the food is extra fresh, tasty, and the customer service is great. This is one of my favorite places to eat dinner lately.
Not bad but not great. The service wan normal and the food tasted good. We ordered at 1245 and the food we ordered was on their lunch special but we weren't told that and we paid full price. The chicken and vegetables had broccoli and carrots. I guess they're both vegetables but I expected a variety of vegetables. The Kung pow chicken had the variety of vegetables I expected in the other dish. I guess if we ever eat at this franchise again I will ask what comes in the dish.
