I had place in order here through Uber eats. I was expecting my food thinking I’d have everything. I always buy from Uber which is very odd that something wrong gets delivered. So my food arrives and I notice that I was missing food and completely wrong order was given to me. I called papa johns letting them know about my situation. Sahara picked and was being very helpful from the start to finish. I would give this review a 1 star but thank you to Sahara for helping me get my order back and delivery it to me. Very pleasant person! She was very attentive throughout this whole process on getting my food to me. She was very helpful and sweet thank you to her!

I literally called like 5 times and finally got through. They said they barely opened and it’s 11. I was trying to place an order. If you don’t want to work just say that.

Is this a normal pizza?

My name is Monique I just ordered a pizza of Hawaiian with canadian bacon and pepperoni pizza and as I told Ricky we were going to pay cash he said ok and he didn't even give me time to ask how long it was going to take and he hung up on me very rude and as I was trying to talk to him on the phone to end my order he was helping someone else and thts rude to be helping someone else and leave me being on the phone

They put the wrong toppings on my Philly cheese steak pizza. Too late and far to go back. Very disappointed.

Worst experience of my life! They have the most rude Girl at this location. And sadly it's like manager has no control over it. Came in to get pizza for my family and left so upset, what blew mind was how is a person like this even working here! Honestly save your money and your time, find another location.

Justine is rude and disrespectful. She completely messed up my order then gave attitude for her mistakes. She did not have a on a mask, nor gloves, nor hair net. She allowed a customer to sit and eat a pizza on the bench in the store without a mask, she didn't ask customers without masks to put one on, even though there is a sign that clearly states masks are required in the store. She was touching her cellphone while making pizzas, it was just sitting on the line where the pizzas are made. 50 MINUTES Iater, I left frustrated after speaking with the manager who said he has never had a complaint about her. I know I was short with her because I was frustrated, so I tried to apologize for being frustrated with her and she waited until I was out of the store and the door was closing behind me before she started yelling, I DON'T ACCEPT YOUR APOLOGY! She came around the counter for added effect. So I left and took my order home and my Shaqaroni had no pepperoni. Its in the name for goodness sake! My recommendation would be to try another location or wait until Justine is fired, but with the hiring shortage it may be a while...
