So we came here and got a medium pizza, two salads, and two drinks. The pizza was recommended by the young lady behind the counter and was amazing.The problem was the bill was $50.55 not including the two separate cash tips we left for the young lady...BUT when I got the bank notification later that night, it showed that I was charged an additional $10 for a total of $60.66!!!With tips, one medium pizza, two salads, and two drinks cost almost $70!1st and last time we'll visit!Follow up:The reply from Mountain Mike's was a joke. You never addressed overcharging me, but instead say to use the app and "glad the salad was fresh"!?!? That says much about your business practice. Good customer service goes beyond just the counter, and your lacking it with fraudulent charges.No, you won't be seeing me soon.
Honestly, I meant to send this on Monday when the event took place and I’m so sorry for the delay.Dear Upper Management/Ownership,Your store manager at the Upland location on the corner of Euclid & Foothill in the Ross/Burlington shopping center that’s next door to Chop Stop, I believe her name is Alyssa, is phenomenal when it comes to customer service and client retention.I called Monday afternoon, after having a not so great first experience with Mountain Mike’s on Sunday night, and spoke with Alyssa letting her know that basically our entire order was unsatisfactory due to the items not being warm enough (pizza) or potentially undercooked (wings & poppers). Alyssa learned that it was our first time dining with Mountain Mike’s and commented that she didn’t want our family’s first experience to be poor. She completely replaced our meal free of charge and put a smile on all four of our faces.The meal came out perfectly hot and delicious.Thank you very much Alyssa & team!! You deserve a promotion/raise/all of the above!!Wonderful leadership and client management!!Would recommend and highly enjoyed the second time around. WE WILL BE BACK
Great experience. Loved their salad bar and garlic cheese breadsticks. Alyssa behind the counter was awesome, so friendly and helpful our whole dining experience.
First time at Mountain Mikes. Very good pizza! The toppings are also quite generous. I used the app and got a BOBO offer which made each pizza less than $12 so pretty good on the price too. Will do again when I'm in the area!

I'm giving this place a 3 star because it was our first time getting it and although the food wasn't bad, ( we got a heart shaped large pepperoni and 12 hot wings.) The thing that killed it was we ordered online and online when you complete your order, you're supposed to get an email, telling you they're starting your order. We'll I never got the email, and so I sat at home waiting and then I get a call from them saying my order was ready. I still had to drive to pick it up so it wasn't hot and fresh and neither were the wings. Get that email problem fixed M.M. and I can give you more stars.
The food here is great! Pizza was amazing, was able to order on line but no time was given to pick up the food. Example: i ordered at 630pm showed up at 7 didn't get my food til 725. They are understaffed, but again the food is great!
AWFUL… I ordered and picked up a large pepperoni pizza to go and it was cold. It seemed like a day-old pizza… I have had fresher pizza from Little Caesars five dollar fresh and ready pizza to go. To make matters worse, I called and spoke with the manager Alyssa and she was rude about hearing my concerns. Never again will I waste my time and my money at Mountain Mike’s Pizza.
Incredible pizza experience at Mountain Mike's. They have a variety of specialty pizzas to choose from or you can create your own with a great assortment of toppings to work with. The quality of the ingredients is definitely noticeable in both how it looks and tastes. Greatly enjoyed this pizza and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Will be back again.
