It used to be good and quick but in the past 6 months service has gone down. Took them like 15 minutes to get my sandwich ready when there was only one car ahead of me at the drive-through and I was at the ordering window. Wait a 10 minute before anyone took my order then another 5 for the sandwich which they got wrong it wrong couldn't go back to get it fixed cause I was running late to work
Drive thru took awhile business was open for business dining was closed which is understandable but the Drive thru wait was ridiculous. No trucks were visible so it wasn't due to a delivery order being put away took me more then 20min just to get a $1 hash brown which was going to expire so I used in the Drive thru. Had I known I wouldn't of used it even though their was one driver in front which was already waiting a couple of minutes to order the I show up then three more after me. Staff needs to get it together if things are slow and snap out of it once customers show up then resume if it slows down just saying.
Absolutely the worst service at a McDonald's I have ever experienced. Drive thru was backed up out to the street. I walked in instead. There was 15 people all standing around waiting for their orders. I waited for 10 minutes behind one person to place my order. Everyone working was ignoring us waiting in line to order. Everyone behind the counter was rude and most of the employees just kept staring at the pending order screen like it was in a different language. Just watched an employee tun his finger through his sort of long hair and then proceed to make someone's ice coffee with whip cream. I'm writing this review after placing my order at 9:29am, it's now 9:49am and I still haven't received my order. Another person just walked in to order and the manager told the order taker not to take anymore orders. Now the two orders placed after mine have received their order and left. All I ordered was a bacon egg biscuit and hash browns. 40 minutes after I walked in I've finally received my order. So unreal I almost have to laugh instead of getting angry.
I would give zero stars they take to long in drive thru or in side all the people that worked there had bad attitudes an were ride an didn't get the order right at all i would recommend finding any 9ther mc donalds this place suck. The one on archibald ave an foothill is the best !!!!
Waited almost 10 minutes for a worker to tell me I had to order thru kiosk. And another 15 min after ordering and paying from kiosk to receive cold fries and the wrong burgers.
Got a #7 combo and one cheeseburger was horrible. The bread was dried out like it had been setting out for a week. Took a bite and the burger was cold and very evident by the cheese that hadn't melted even the slightest. I couldn't eat it so my BIL did and get got sick for 2 days. Wish I had taken a video and pictures.
You definitely go here for the old historic ambiance. If you aren't looking to see the museum showcasing one of the last standing original McD's while in it's glory days...go to a modern one. Not saying anything is wrong with this location, there's just no real indoor seating and it is very small with 1 cash register to take orders.That said, my daughter oddly had her like 13th bday party here (her request) and she had a ball! So to each his own. ;-)
Worst place ever…you have to wait hours for your order.. they close lobby at 8 and the drive through is like way toooo long u cant even skip because you’re already stuck in that line. Its crazy there.
This place is worst customer service went drive thru did not get all of our food and didn't check bag until we go home there was also no receipt in bagTried to call them but no answer . Of course yes short staffed due to covid pandemic . But if they didn't have customers like us they would have no job this McDonald's needs definitely review corporate office needs investigate. I'm very angry also due to our money inflation is very limited and to get ripped of paid big bill for this order and didn't get the food for my kids. I will definitely email corporate about this.
The food was great. Waiting 20 minutes in a trapped car line or order then another 20 to get your order is not fast food. I won't go to this location again.
