DO NOT use the curbside pickup option. I have tried it several times now and its always the same thing. They take soo long to bring out your order and they enter in the app as if they alreqdy handed you your order but they havent yet. Its always the same problem. Durning breakfast and lunch. Its ridiculous. I always have to get out of my car and pick it up even though its for curbside pickup. They need to improve this
We have been eating in this branch for a long time and we are satisfied with the food and service BUT last Sunday morning we had breakfast and we we're so disappointed .We ordered two coffee and two breakfast. To our surprise there's no cutlery, stirrer, napkins, catsup, syrup butter ,salt and pepper, cream and sugar.Our table was so filthy and my husband had to clean it. I had to go back and forth to ask for everything missing.The crew are not even paying attention to me so I had to keep on asking .Later that afternoon, we went back and had lunch since we are in the vicinity. I talked to the manager and told him him what happened that morning and all he told me was" there is nothing I can do about that". REALLYY!
Ordered FRESH DROP/OFF THE BROILER/ FRESH DROP BIG MAC MEAL. GOT IT 2SECONDS LATER & TOLD IT WAS FRESH. IT WASN'T, MANAGER PRESSED THE ISSUE. I LEFT. THE MEAT WASN'T OFF THE GRILL... NEVER AGAIN
usually every time i’m here it’s really good and the food shows quality, this time i got a 2 cheeseburger meal with a strawberry banana smoothie, the food was great, but the smoothie was very watery and barely had any taste.
It's not all that good but it's clean it's quiet it's not like the one in the McDonald's and Montclair on central where you got a lot of homeless or it's kind of dangerous over there this 1 is really nice and it's quiet so far so good but it's your typical McDonald's food but it's better than the 1 in Montclair
Greatest comfort food of all time but this one is just okay seems like everytime I go fries are cold [don't have to tell you about cold Mc d fries] and orange hi c is always out but the normal familiar food is good I mean it's Mc Donald's so not expecting too much
Food was good, drinks were a little pricey..had me a margarita with chipotle in it..that was really delish..?.. Had my mom's birthday dinner there.. Staff was nice..?
Drive-thru is terrible. Has some rude customer service. People need to appreciate they have a job.
Embarrassed to say but it was my second trip in one day. This Mc Donald's is always reliable . Food is always fresh and hot. The second trip was at the request of my grandson who asked specifically for McDonald's farm nuggets.
Don't usually write reviews but this is the best McDonald's I've been to. I live just down the street so I'm here often, everyone is always nice and I've never had any problems whatsoever. Sometimes they get busy and maybe take a little longer but that is not the employees fault. I think they're fast considering how busy they do get. Be nice to the workers, they work hard for your benefit. Seeing petty complaints in the reviews over a fast food joint is hilarious
