I wouldn’t even give them a star. I ordered my food at 8:42 pm I get there at 9:15pm to get my order the girl says 15 min. I orders 3 pizza total was $21.00 to only be told there is no order here. I live directly around the corner their number is stored in my phone and I get here for them to tell me “there is no order maybe you called another one” and at 9:30 I say forget it I’m not going back and forth can I order for them to say we are closed we aren’t taking no more orders. Then I hear the girl who took the order say to the other guy oops I forgot to put the order in. I know sign language lady. This is the most unprofessional Little Caesars I have ever encountered. And I use to be a manager at one. They will never get my money again. I will be speaking to their manager about closing early every day. ????
On the 15th I orderedI came to pick it up but I didn’t because pizza wasn’t made for me it was made for anyoneIt was cold because the 2 warmer not workingSo the worker said that all I can getWhen I refused he said ok but you will wait more than 25 minutesI walked away without the pizzaAll I can say is this store manager needs to retrain his or her workers
The pizza had a long hair in it. I was so disgusted. No one ther wears a hair net and it seems they only hire young kids who have no sense of customer service.
So I walked in to order, I was told to wait outside for my order, it's 97 degrees out here.l waited 20 minutes outside. Why would they instruct customers to wait outside in the blistering heat? Management needs to train these little snotty kids. They have tables inside, why not direct them to that area to wait?.
Nasty greasy pizza, horrible customer service and the wait just to place an order was a long time. The crazy bread sticks were doughy inside.. the only thing good that we got from there was the soda., everything went to the trash. My kid had one bite of pizza and left his plate so greasy and one bread stick. I definitely won’t be going back there!!
Placed an online order, when I showed up to pick it up at the time I was given it was still not ready. I had to wait another 20 mins to get my food. There was one other customer there it was pretty empty so not sure why the order wasn’t ready. I was excited to get the Batman calzony but unfortunately it was a let down it was very greasy, salty, over cooked and just a hot mess as you can see in the picture. Also their customer service is none existent no apology was given or even an excuse as to why the order wasn’t ready. The guy asked me for my order info I kept trying to show him the email confirmation w all the info on there and for some reason he refused to look at it and kept asking his questions. If he would have looked at the confirmation it would have been faster for him to look it up I guess he likes to do more work than necessary. I will not be going back to this location the food tasted bad, service and wait was bad I ended up leaving before the customer that was there before me I felt bad for that person as well.
I like this little place since I be coming here I don't have no problems I like my pizza easy on the sauce easy on the cheese fresh. Easy on the sauce extra cheese extra pepperoni fresh I love it ?

I like this business a lot, Little Caesars owner is a good person. However they usually don't have fresh hot n ready pizzas available wgen I've been there. Usually told it's a 20 minute wait.
I'm not a local guide nor sponsored, paid or endorsed. Therefore my reviews are my own opinions and ledgit.This Little Cesar's can be closed in any given day for reasons not posted. Customers are only made aware when they arrive. Online orders are also unreliable. My wife made an order online when a sign posted on the door directed customers that only online orders were accepted. After ordering a manager came outside where customers were told to wait, we were all told the restaurant was going to close because not all ovens worked and they were unable to fulfill orders and refund information can be saught at corporate phone number. This was said as more online customers arrived to recieve their orders. She was never able to revieve a refund or have the phone answered from corporate. The local restaurant eventually helped by giving us the order weeks later. Ordering here means taking chances of a fullfilled order. I would not recommend this Little Cesar's to family and friends.
