My family and I have been long time patrons of Legends food and service. Most years it has been very good overall with few exceptions.Just last week we bought one of our favorite salads, Alvacado salad to go. Unfortunately the Alvacado was bad and they hid the bad part of the Alvacado. The rest of the salad was very good. We now have second thoughts about Legends.Unfortunate!
I have been coming to legends since I was a child (so nearly 20 years) whatever they, did changing management or what have you was the worst decision they could have made. EVERYTHING has changed AND has gotten more expensive for a smaller amount of food. My number one complaint is the fries…. Legends has always been know for them and they resorted to flat, undercooked, and bland instead! Make that make scenes! I absolutely hate saying this and especially with this place being so close to my heart but I will probably never be going back.
I had a hot dog and quesadilla and chocolate shake, everything was hot and cooked to order. I did notice that my chocolate shake wasn't very thick and not as good is it has been in the past. Also noticed that the hot dogs have shrunk in size. All in all my food was good and I do like coming here as they have a good variety.
Legends Burger is so yummy! I love the chicken strips and salads they have. I love the 50's vibe everytine I go. Great Friday night dinner date!
Very disappointed in the decline of quality of food and service at this place. My last two visits were a severe disappointment after having not visited this place in almost 2 years. Prior to my last two experiences here I would frequent this place four times or more a week and I love the food there was almost anything on the menu that I would eat. I really hope you guys get back to the level that you were once at I understand inflation is hard but the quality of food and service does not Co relate to that that's why I gave you guys three stars instead of one because I hope that you guys can return to your level of legendary status otherwise why would we call you Legends burgers?
Food was good and customer service was friendly.
I have been going for years and I went today and got the kids chicken tenders and they were extremely hard to bite in. The fries were even worse, they were extremely flat and literally not fully cooked. parts of them were warm and the other parts were freezing. I couldn’t finish my meal.
January 24, 2022 drive through order two pastrami and one grilled chicken sandwich and fries. $48 wow!! Get home sandwiches so dry could not eat.Most restaurants dip the bread in pastrami juice to make the sandwich juicy. I called the manager who could barely speak english and complained. He said they never juice the bread. I mentioned I been going there for 20 years for the same sandwich and always moist. Manager said he’s been there 7 months and never heard of such a thing ?. Taking the food back for a refund. The food quality has gone down significantly.
1 car in front of me in the drive thru and waited for 15 minutes and person was still there. Just took off, I understand a shortage of staff but that long to wait for a burrito? I’ll take my money and time else where, thank you legend, what used to be the best joint for me to get breakfast has turned into a bust.
I’ve been going to Legends for a while now, and I’ve been ordering BLT Avocados for a while now. This is just unsat. Legends in general is on the more expensive side, but you used to get what you pay for. You used to get huge portions. For the price I paid for his sandwich, this was not worth it. We noticed in our fries recently that Management has obviously changed. But I have to draw the line somewhere and I could have made this sad sandwich at home.
