The service is great. Food is great. Im very happy i stopped here. The waitress was so nice.
We finally found a gem! It’s tucked next to Marshalls on Foothill and Euclid in Upland. The staff is great and the food is excellent with good prices. Large portions. They always have a special and have a soda machine in the back which is a nice touch when you’d like a refill. Some places charge for that. Try it for yourselves. We don’t want them going anywhere especially since Upland right now needs great restaurants.
We arrived when it opened at 10am. We had the breakfast burrito wet style and and arrow burrito with chicken. All I can say is flavor. Food was delicious! Can tell they make the food authentic here. Finally a good Mexican food restaurant. ? ?
Don't often give 5 stars but always try to be fair. The service was fantastic. The restaurant wasn't overly crowded. The food was great. I even felt like I got more than I paid for. I don't even know what else to say. If I lived closer, I would always eat here.
Food is fine, service left much to be desired. They ask if you would like chips and salsa with your dinner, when you say yes, they charge you. Really?!? Charge for chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant? They brought our meals separately and didn't bring any salsa. When I asked for some, the server asked what kind and left. I watched the guy deliver two other meals to other tables and never brought my salsa. I walked inside and asked for it from someone else. Don't recommend.
First time...not the Last, perfect little hide a way Restrauant. Very clean place plenty of room,fresh coffee many food options but I chosed the Menudo as you can see,I definitely will be back perhaps the chilaquillas next time.
Since I arrive the service by Andrea was exceptional, the aguas are really good and the food so delicious. I recommend this place 200%
My first visit to this restaurant was earlier this week. I stopped by for a bean and cheese burrito which I like for a midday snack...the beans were so good. I used to go to a nearby Mexican place for my bean and cheese ,but they closed last year. I went back today for a Chile relleno and bean burrito...excellent. I would usually go to a place in Ontario, famous for their Chile relleno burritos, no more...La Tapatia is my new place. The restaurant is immaculate clean, and the employees are so very nice. This place is highly recommended...can't wait to try the other items on the menu.
Walk in and order at the counter. You'll get a number and you pick your seat. They have margaritas and Aguas frescas. Food was good. I personally didn't find it amazing but it was good enough to come back when your craving some fast Mexican food.I mean this in the nicest way possible, no shade... It reminds me of "Green Burrito" from the 90s when it wasn't so fast foody and stuck to a Carl's junior. A place that everyone visits with quick Mexican favorites. But here you can enjoy a margarita with your plate ? ?? I'll be back, and it's good enough to bring the friends! ????
If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food, this is NOT the place. Taste like food from hometown buffet. Food was dry and the seasoning was off . Our disappointment started with the stale chips, salsa was ok. Then we ordered 2 chicken sopes with rice and beans, 1 wet asada burrito, 1 dry asada burrito, 2 chicken enchiladas with rice and beans, 8 tacos with different meats and 4 drinks. The horchata tasted old. The little meat they served was dry. The rice tasted like it was from a bad box of RICE-A-RONI. The beans tasted like the only thing they flavored them with was bacon fat. Service was friendly. Price felt expensive, perhaps it seemed that way since we threw more than half our food away. (We normally take our leftovers but the food was just bad) Restaurant was nice and clean. Hopefully their taste improves, and they start cooking real Mexican food.
