I was just there with my husband ordering drive thru & your employee Rachael gave my husband his change back but dropped his change. She seen what she did, actually looked down & didn’t even apologize. She aggressively gave my husband our bag of food & closed the window. We asked for our receipt since we did not get one & because it would have her name on it. Whether it’s your day or not, don’t be rude to people. I worked in customer service before, her attitude was not polite & I do not know how people like that get hired on ti good companies. I hope your employee Rachael understands that your attitude can make companies look very, very bad.
Went here at 10:28pm on Saturday night, sign said they close 11pm, we waited for them to speak but didn't so I said hello and within seconds they turned off the menu lights. Idk why they didn't just say they were closing early but that behavior is unprofessional. I'll be calling corporate about it tomorrow. Don't waste your time at this location.
Ordered a 16 pc original. All sides were great. Clerk said they only had legs and thighs. This was ok since these are our favorites. However, chicken was either over done and/or sitting out for some time. This is not the QUALITY KFC chicken the family is used too. Something is wrong at this store!
It was horrible experience. The person who took my order didn't put it through. Then I approached the next drive through window, the person told me I don't have my order.So he took my order again.When he handed me my food, I opened and checked. The biscuit was missing.Overall experience is not good at allWill not go back there again.
Had the Nashville hot tenders and never had I ever felt pain before I thought I was going into labor but it was worth it even though I blew up my toilet overall great flavor but be warned you will end up on the toilet.
Not good service @ 13:30 on January 21/22. I ordered the new beyond chicken ?nuggets. This is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever eaten. The price is a total ripp-off for $8.07 I doubt even dogs would eat it. Very soggy crust saturated with oil. The server uses the same glove to handle everything like your food, cash, door handles and the card machine. No receipt was offered and $8.07 for 6 very small nuggets.
Order ALWAYS wrong no matter if pick up or delivery. I am officially requesting the information for the corporate office to report!!!! Worst example of Kentucky Fried Chicken EVER!!!!!!! 1/12/2022??????????. Plus they are ALWAYS out of some kind of Chicken. Sorry excuse for a KFC!! The WORST.
Service was terrible. They keep the doors locked and ignore you if they see you trying to get their attention. When I was finally let in by another customer, they hadn't even started my order. I waited 30 mins later. Some of the items I ordered weren't there and the chicken was raw.
I'm going to stop going here and finding better options for fried chicken. Every time I go here I always get my order incorrect I either miss something and have to return ask for it.
They might actually hire the gravely illiterate. Also how is the entire place so irritated at 1:30 on a Wednesday?
