I was craving pastrami yesterday, & I really like Jim's although they r a bit on the pricey side. Since the pandemic, the price of their pastrami dip has gone up~$3. I didn't price compare the other stuff I got w/it. I had gotten a pastrami sandwich, reg/sm french fry & lg Orange Bang. Like I said, I enjoyed the pastrami. The only thing I have to complain about was the fries weren't salted enough.
Over priced for 3 tacos, I think they charged me 4.00 each, so it's 12.00 for 3 tacos... come on guys! Pico I was served tecently for breakfast burritos was BAD! My daughter noticed that it "Tasted funny" & I had ordered us breakfast burritos with pico in them, so I basically paid to eat a bad burrito for breakfast....mmm thanks for that.Mango smoothie was really good though.The menu is huge but the high prices & low quality make you rethink returning.
Got a fish sandwich, it was burnt. I told the girl that my mom was not going to eat a burnt fish. She shrugged.Last time they didn't include my onion rings, I came back and told the same girl, and she shrugged.Under new management, bad service, not coming again.
Great drive thru service, we didn’t order drinks but she offered us waters while we waited . Don’t get that service anywhere else but a dine in restaurant .

January 10,2022I Went To Jim's Burgers For The First Time, After Reading The Reviews; I Was Really Excited. The Food Was Good But The Staff Was Not Wearing Gloves. I Saw One Of The Staff Member's Drop An Onion Ring On The Counter And Then Pick It Back Up And Put In Some One's Plate. Then Another Staff Member Was Wrapping A Sandwich With No Gloves. That's Disgusting!!Never Coming Here Again!!
