We ordered 3#9, 1#8, and1#14 and they were the worst sandwiches we have ever, what happened to o your store . We are loyal customers and I hate. Complaining, but there was only one slice of meat, the tomato was terrible, just a plain bad sandwich.. we will never.go there again,
Terrible- I order a Giant Sandwich n 2 Wraps - Thinking this would b enough food - I was seriously wrong - the sandwich had more lettuce n tomatoes then meat and cheese - the 2 wraps were so small n the cheese was cuts very thin u could see threw it - I used to love to get these sandwiches —- I will definitely go some were else - There r better sandwiches places in Upland n Ranch then this place —Don’t waste your money
Orders were COMPLETELY WRONG. Ruined my lunch. This is NOT a good location at all.
Clean place outdoor dining area and indoor friendly staff and they practice Covid-19 safe distance and they have masks in case you forget yours in the car. I ordered a Regular Ham and Swiss “Mikes Way “ with honey mustard ??

If I could of gave less than 1 star I would but that wasn't an option, I have never been so disappointed in a food shop like today. We ordered a kids meal, the giant big kahuna, and a big kahuna in a tub. We spent almost $40 dollars to be disappointed the sandwiches were just mediocre at best. What was the biggest disappointment was the sub in a tub which cost a hefty $ 10 and was just a joke it was literally 4 bites of food what joke. I will never return to this location and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Pictures don't even do it justice.
The sandwiches are good. However i order a steak sandwich and i got an italian sandwich ?

The second order in a row that was not completed as ordered. Items missing off of the sandwiches (pickles, Mayo, etc) Also noted that the sandwiches are getting smaller with less meat and cheese, and starting to look more like a Subway sandwich, and I hate Subway. I have only ordered from this location but will consider changing locations for my next order.
