Worked here. Had to quit. Was the only black guy and the rest were mexicans..... Some of them were disrespectful to me and Manager who is Mexican as well didn't really care much. Racist ppl there. Team leader illegally clicked me out and Manager didn't answer my call nor text messages.... Still got the messages of wat I said to the manager to this day. I had to call my brothers to pull up and the team leader act like he couldn't speak a lick of english..... The next day manager spoke to me bout the situation and apologize but didn't really do anything to the team leader who racially discriminated me..... She didn't even tell the main manager Adrian.... Wen I told him wat happened bout a month later cuz I thought he knew, he was surprised..... Don't work here if u black cuz they don't treat black ppl well as they should.... Just like McDonald's down the street they all racist & wild I'm glad I quit cuz I'd lose my mind & go 2 jail if I stayed..... It's been over a month since I quit Jacks & I still ain't get my last check to this day
On Jan. 25 I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger combo that came out to be $10.01. I received a jumbo jack combo . I let the website know about the mixup and I got a response the next day. A couple of weeks go by and I had to reach out to say if they were going to fix their mistake. The manager said they would ,but it's been a month now and nothing has been done. I know I will never go back there again.
They are rude and horrible with service i Order food they didn’t even get the order right and then the guys behind the counter was talking about how I was lying about my order ! I will never go there again please don’t think to go there and I had to double check my change they didn’t give it back correctly!!! I gave them 100.25 cents ! I would fire the whole team if it was my self I have been in customer service for over 12 yrs and that’s not how you do things
We tried the new special, sourdough patty melt sandwhich combo. It was very good for the price $5.49.It included drink and fries.
Foods was good. It is an older store.Delivery via Door dash, etc.
Could not give more stars. The line was backed up. Seems as if they don't have enough employees. I've been there at other times when they lock the front door. What keeps me coming back are the Jack tacos. I won't buy onion rings because the last 2 orders were burned.

I frequently visit jb in Upland and surrounding areas some are better than others and it's clear most dont care about cs nor what they serve or how. I give the benefit of the doubt because of my children. but it's a let down 95% of the time. food is ingested and can do great harm! it's not taken serious enough its clearly about profit, not customer service.
