First time getting Lomo Saltado at this place, first of all over priced for the amount of meat they give you and the rice was not cooked through. I went when they had barely opened. I personally won't be back.
The food here is bomb. Ordered the Lomo Saltado. Will definitely be back. Mmmm!

It was overall a great experience. Almost like a hole in the wall vibe. I was planning on getting the Jalea Mixta but was informed they only usually have it on weekends. I just went with the Lomo Saltado. It was packed with meat and assorted grilled vegetables (onions, tomatoes etc.) and very flavorful. I also got the ceviche dish which was packed with many raw onions. The ceviche itself was great but I would say if you not a fan of raw onions, ask them to remove like half. It is very overwhelming but not in a bad way. I also got a box of Alfa Jores which completed my meal. I left with glee and would come back again!
Inca’s Peruvian Grill, at 870 E. Foothill Blvd. Unit 2 in Upland, which was closed Dec. 2 for having a cockroach infestation, no hot water, operating with an expired permit and scoring below 70 (it received a 69) has been permitted to reopen. An inspector first went back Dec. 7 but found some dead roaches and kept the restaurant closed. It underwent a mandatory rescore inspection Dec. 16 and received a 90/A with no critical violations. The inspector did find some dead roaches in a cabinet but said a thorough search of the facility showed no sign of an active infestation. The inspector returned the next day and found no more roaches. The latest report shows the restaurant is still operating under a permit that expired in January 2021.
First time customer. Service is good, place is clean and the food was very good. Use to go to a nearby Peruvian restaurant but it closed down due to the pandemic. I can say this place is better. The food portions are generous and the lomo saltado was extremely good. I recommend to try the lomo saltado first as it's probably the most common plate to order and decide if you want to come back to try different plates. I definitely will be coming back soon.
We were at 11:43 AM on a Wednesday, he says that he was open and we waited for about 20 minutes to the door to be open and nothing. We called nobody answered the phone.
