As I'm seating here and watching them work. It amazed me of their attitude and the team work. The connection they have, you could tell they enjoy working with each other.Staff always walking around cleaning and making sure everyone is ok.Very clean and as always food is bomb
Best burger place in the world! Restaurant is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Quality of food is amazing and fresh. If you haven't checked this place out, what are you waiting for??
Food was great. Wait time was decent. Service at the main window was poor. Order was given, charge was done, and when asked for condiments the representative responded with a bothered tone. There was 4 combos in the order and the condiments provided was for 1. When asked for more, the tone continued and made the experience unpleasant. As a costumer I am aware the rush the drive through food stablishments. I definitely try to be quick, mindful, and respectful. Personally when costumer service is poor when responding to a reasonable costumer request it ruins the experience.
In-N-Out is a Southern California Institution. It's woven into the fabric of California culture. And for good reason. You will not find a better burger anywhere.The Double Double "animal style" is what all other burgers strive to be. Two meat patties, double cheese, grilled onions, mustard grilled into the patties, pickles, tomato, lettuce, extra sauce on a toasted bun. It's the perfect combination of flavor and texture.The fries are amazing. You can see them begin cut fresh behind the counter. Then being put straight into the fryer. It doesn't get much better than that.If haven't had the chance to try In-N-Out, please do.
Best burgers in the US by far. I recommend the double double animal style (grilled onions and spread). And fries well done otherwise they are a tad limp and not as flavorful. But they are fresh and awesome. Also should get the neapolitan shake. I'm getting hungry thinking about it.
The staff was very friendly and the drive thru was running better than a well oiled machine. I would give the staff at this location a 5+.However the food came out a little off which was a bummer and probably not a frequent occurrence. We would have gone back but by the time we got to digging in and realizing, we were already well along our way and would have had way too much efforts making it back and then off to our destination again.Next time we pass through I'm sure it will be perfect.
Have not had the pleasure of indulging in this Californian icon in several years. What more can I say that has not already been said? Excellent service, outstanding food served fast at a low price. Five ? stars across the board!
Good food, good prices, good service.I've never had any complaints about In-N-Out other than about the line. Ignore the first driveway - there's always a long line that ends past this driveway, but it usually moves fairly quickly. If the parking lot is not full, you'll get slightly faster service inside.
This In-N-Out is always busy and has one of the biggest drive thru set-ups you will ever see. But they do a good job of moving cars through. Staff is generally nice and helpful. By far one of the best things this In-N-Out has is a huge amount of outdoor tables. During Covid when dining rooms where closed it was nice to have a large, spread out area to eat outside.
Great experience ! I have never seen such customer focussed employees. While in drive-thru I had forgotten to request double patty for my burgers and asked them if they can do so while paying for my burgers. They were totally cool with it and requested me to park infront of the restaurant as the burgers were not ready immediately. They themselves brought the burgers to my car without any complaints !
