To my surprise it's been a tough trying to find a good taco joint in the upland area. Sadly Fuego craving falls short for me aswell.Service was very friendly & nice. I came during peak lunch rush so I couldn't really blame them for any slowness.Food was honestly just okay. I got the surf & turf burrito aswell as two street tacos (al pastor)my burrito was on the dry side, even though it was supposed to have guacamole & a chipotle crema sauce. Either the burrito was missing it or there was very little. To be fair the carne & shrimp was well seasoned and so was the rice.My al pastor taco felt more like chorizo. It came with cilantro & onions. Topped off with a guacamole sauce.Wasn't much of a fan of my selection and the price of the food was pretty steep.

The meat isn’t real birra meat if you know you know (: Me and my gf had got birra nacho and we felt like we paid to much for not even putting so much meat nd chips. The one in alfreados are 12 and they are very packed with food . The meat honestly didn’t taste like real birra meat I know cause it ain’t smilier to the birra I had by 6th And baker. ! The workers were nice took my order goid place looks nice as welll just the birra I was kinda disappointed . I say 6 out of 10.

This is seriously our new favorite birria place. Their ramen is fire! I love spicy so it's perfect but you can also order it not spicy. Everything we've had here is so delicious! Including their agua fresca de pepino. I also had ordered mistakenly at their Beaumont location and thankfully they worked with me and wasn't charged again for a mistake I made. Highly recommend if you like birria, this is the spot.

Update #3: The owner never reached out to me. If I could change my rating to zero stars, I would really just for the customer service. Eventhough I did not enjoy my food there, and I also added pictures after the owner requested, my boyfriend did enjoy his food. The hostility from the owner is not ok, and after reading some of the other reviews, I realized this is their go to response whenever others have left comments similar to mine. I do understand that at times the competition will try to ruin you, but sometimes it is a customer, such as myself with a legitimate concern.Update #2: I have sinced changed my rating to one star. I have got to say, I am very dissapointed in this business. After writing my initial review instead of reaching out to me about my experience the owner accused me of being the competition, and asked me to show proof of the fatty bits in my food. I have loaded the pictures they requested and they have yet to reach out to me other than the original accusation. Such a negative experience.Update: I have uploaded the pictures you have requested. I still happened to be sitting here finishing my drink and had not thrown away my food.I was excited to try this place. The environment is nice and the staff is courteous. Unfortunately the shredded meat lacks in seasoning and has bits of fat in it, and the guacamole appears to be the guac sauce you can purchase at most grocery stores. We paid $31 for 4 tacos and two glass bottle cokes. Was just dissapointed. Other things on the menu may be better.

Awesome spot for OG Taco Truck style Mexican Food, glad I no longer have to drive into L.A. County for some good Birria!

The flavors here are pure divinity. I got the surf and turf burrito. The size of the burrito was very generous, their cucumber water . . . so refreshing! I would definitely recommend this place if you frequently have Mexican food cravings. This place hits the spot.

Had my order DoorDashed. Not the best burrito I’ve had but pretty good. Liked the chipotle Mayo in the burrito! Didn’t like the salsa provided. Not flavorful or spicy enough.

This new Birria spot in Upland just popped up one day out of the blue. They serve birria by itself- I think by the pound- I'm not sure, bitria tacos, quesabirrias, and even birria ramen which I'm definitely going to try next time. The quesabirria was delicious, I dipped it in the little cup of consome that they sell. I went at about 1130am on a Wednesday and they had quite a few customers waiting as it was an early lunch crowd. They have help wanted sign and I could see they really do need the help. It took about 15-20 mins to get our quesabirrias which would probably have been way faster if not for the fact that they are understaffed. However; it was well worth the wait just have patience and while you're waiting get the green aguafeesca- it's kiwi, cucumber and lime (I think) sooo refreshing!

This truly was the best breakfast burrito in town. Didn’t know a place this close to my house could have such authenticity and depth in their cooking. Will be back for the birria ramen.

It's ok. I found it a little better than Albertos. If you don't like onion and cilantro be sure to ask without because seems like every dish has onion.
