This review is for UPLAND location on 7/5/2022. We ordered California Omelet to go, and it turned out to be a left over cold breakfast that they didn't even bother to heat up. 20 mins. later when we got home, we called the store to complain. The girl who took our order, and answered the phone was Gaby, who was rude and gave us a run around when we requested to speak with the on duty manager. My recommendation to others: if you are ordering breakfast to go at this location, check it before you leave the store.Better yet, DON'T GO TO UPLAND LOCATION, PERIOD.
My wife and I came here with my grandmother and had a wonderful experience. My grandmother doesn’t eat a whole lot and knows that the portions are fairly huge. So when we got up to the counter to order, she ordered the Cobb Salad, but asked if she could have half now and the other half to go. The employee, Daniel, responded quickly with “Not a problem, we can do that for you.” After we all ordered and the food came, Daniel brought out the to go portion of her salad, neatly packaged and in a bag and said, “I didn’t include any dressing because I didn’t want it to open up and spill everywhere. Let me know when you’re leaving and I’ll take care of you.” We finished our meal and when we were ready to leave, Daniel was repositioned and working the drive thru window. When we approached the counter, he stopped what he was doing and got us some dressing and thanked us for coming. The food was great as always, but that’s not what I’ll remember about my visit. I’ll remember the quality time we spent with my grandmother and the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE delivered by Daniel. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. Thank you Daniel, a future manager in the making.
I very much enjoy the food that the Chef's prepare for my family at this Farmer Boys. Once in while my Natural Burger is shy of Avocado though. One thing that the associates could do that not only would save the company some money and help the environment, is ask if plastic eating utensils i.e., forks and condiments i.e., Ketchup are needed. The reason I say this is, is because no matter what I order invariably I always get at least 6 to 8 Ketchup's and plastic utensils that I don't need because I am consuming my food at home where I have all this stuff. I end throwing it all in the trash. This is just a thought I have that may save money as well as the environment.
The food always tastes fresh! Whether you order a salad, sandwich or burger I'm sure you'll leave satisfied. The restaurant is always clean and they take care of their aesthetic.
Now charging $1 for ranch to go with the order. The cups of ranch are more full then they use to be so at least that part was a good surprise. Fried zucchini still the best menu item they have going, kids split a chicken sandwich and it was enough food for them.
My wife brought me a breakfast burrito. Tastes like the chef hates his life and wants to take it out on the customers! Everything is really really cooked, burnt, and crunchy. It’s got no flavor! I was hungry so I only ate half.
Good Value !!!I prefer their single patty cheeseburger over the double patty because it’s just the right amount of meat. The fries are superbly thick and stays crunchy compared with most chains. This store has a nice vibe too! Some other items on the menu I tried disappointed so I’m giving this four stars because I’m happy with the cheeseburger.
They recently swapped out their cups for smaller cups and did not adjust the price. it Is 2.58 for a cup about 4oz of liquid, roughly. for the same price I can go to Starbucks and get 8oz and choose the roast. skip the coffee. they're ripping you off...
I wanted to share my disappointment in farmer boys. Unfortunately I found a metal spring in my south west salad today. I immediately called the store to inform them of the added ingredient and they advised that I come back for a resolution. When I arrived I spoke to Bernardo the store manager and kindly requested a FULL refund and compensate with another meal. He declined my request stating that I can only have one or the other but not both. So I requested my money back but they only gave me a partial refund because the other meal was not tainted. It's really unfortunate to see a company become selfish when a customer has a legitimate complaint.
As I sit here in my vehicle I see an employee outside talking with a none employee with his cooking smock on, then I see an employee come in with a dirty soiled white cooking uniform shirt on. So I basically gave a 2 star because of how dirty I seen the apparently cooks upon arrival....... ? makes you wonder what's really behind the actual operation....
