I used to go to the EZ Take Out in San Diego back in the 90's and remember it having awesome food. I preferred EZ take out over in and out hands down. I was so sad when they closed down many years ago, so I was happy to see one in Upland when I was in the area recently. I raced over there to have dinner and so excited, but when I got there I was so disappointed. The location was tiny and dilapidated and connected to a car wash. It just had a few concrete tables by the dumpster, no shade, and I t was so hot. I couldn't believe how dirty and sad the location looked. I ordered my food anyway my burger was alright but it was missing that great taste that I remembered so much. It's was just alright. I can't believe that after being in business so long a business would be so bad all around. It was not worth the 25 minutes drive out of my way. Please make a nicer location with an indoor with A/C because that Upland area is so hot. Had to give one star because i was so displeased. The young lady at the register was very kind.
been going here since i was a kid. i love the place, but today 6/16/22 was the worst, now i could take the waiting because food is good.but to find a long black hair about to go down my throat and pulling it out like dental flaws and gaging up my food was horrible.girls need hair nets.
Food was great HOWEVER, the customer service is very poor. The girl working the window had a bad attitude . They missed cheese on a cheeseburger and gave me attitude when I asked them to add it and then I came home and noticed the missed a fry. My first time hear and I won’t be coming bad. Customer service is everything. I would suggest the owner get rid of the high school kids.
Great burger. Good price. Fast! No long lines like other burger spots and the burger is made super fresh! Crispy Burger!!! Under 2 buck burger on Wednesdays! Can’t beat that price! Enjoy California!
This place is amazing . They closed the one in Havasu but still go to upland location. Burgers are very similar to in n out . But what makes this place better than in n out is their French fries and my favorite the boysnberry shakes. Knotts is the only one that I see out here putting boysnberry on the map but you can get it here. Highly recommend. Pricing is good and overall you will have a great experience
Shout-out the the two dudes working tonight! Solid service and the food SLAPPED. I appreciate the fact the the food is cooked fresh and had this homey feel to it. Good prices as well. Definitely worth checking out and excited to go again!!
Bunch of young kids working on New Year’s Eve. But that didn’t stop them from still providing a damn good hot made to order cheese burger. Thank you guys.
Very small spot. Size matters?? The burgers were excellent. Fries were surprisingly good. No comparison to in n out, but ok. Pricey but theres no sin in showing a profit.. take it easy, go for it!
Fast friendly service and Delicious burgers!Finally made it down here and try their food, ordered a Garden Burger meal, burger was crispy with the perfect amount of sauce andthe French fries were just right!Highly recommend
Burgers were really good but fries are bland and tasted kind of raw. The girl at the window and also does the intercom is super rude and gives a look like you’re stupid. She’s real thin with dark hair sounded really lazy over the intercom. She needs to fix that attitude quick!
