This was an excellent opportunity to savor authentic Mexican food... we first had a guacamole prepared fresh at the table for the four of us. it was delicious. I had the Flautas de Pollo and I often have this at other restaurants but here it was far exceeded my expectations. the flour tortillas we cooked but not dry and blended together in a smooth and tasty blend of flavors... SO GOOD... double YUM! WOW... service was excellent and I'm only sorry I don't live nearby. I will definitely make a point to stop here again when back to California. Thanks!

The service was excellent. I ordered a dish and didn’t really like it. They replaced my order and didn’t even charge us for it. It’s great food! Second dish was delicious and boyfriend dish looked delicious too
You know what's disappointing? Asking for confirmation that your to-go order has salsa for your chips multiple times and being reassured that it does, just to get home and have no salsa. When I called to let them know I was told that the chips are complimentary but I needed to order salsa on the app. It makes no sense to me that you can eat in the restaurant and get free chips and salsa but apparently I have to order salsa for my chips that I paid extra for? There's also no option on the online ordering for salsa so I'm still not sure how I'm supposed to get salsa with my chips.If you're going to get a to-go order make sure you have them open the bag for you and confirm they're including your salsa for you so you don't have to face the disappointment of dry chips with almost no apology.

From out of the area, first time visit, as my parents brought us to this location, because it is close to their home, but not close to our Mexican hearts. We had “overall” mix feelings about our experience.However, the customer service (Jose R) was overall friendly, welcoming and hardworking (4 people voted 5-star w/ a 20% tip), BUT the food had its moments of good and not so good.So, what I have said about dining out Mexican food, “you know it’s good when the Chips, Salsa, Beans and Rice are good, then everything else will turn out good.”Well the Chips and Salsa were Fresh & Delicious!!!, then onto dinner, the Chimachuga was grande and excellent (8 out of 10), Shrimp Fajita’s hands down were very good (7 out of 10) and the Deep Fried Ice Cream ? Desert (see photo) was to die for (10 of 10); but everything else (Combo 1 & Combo 5) were weak in the cheese and lettuce department and lacked structural sound corn tortillas to hold the lack of fillings in the 2 taco dinner, were unmemorable and brought down the overall Google Stars.We will have to try again, to see if the food is like that of the Chips and Salsa and close to our heritage hearts.
Good food. Not to spicy. Just right Reasonable price . Cocktails are very delicious. The decor has lots of detail. Pretty Cool spot for being in a small shopping center. Oh service was very good. Swing by and try it...
Elvira's is a Must Visit for anyone in the area who loves Mexican food. The service is fantastic and all of the dishes are fresh and abundant
So good. Chips & salsa were top compared to most other places. Got the chicken flautas and Jamaica. Staff was super friendly and attentive even during the busy dinner hour. Definitely going back! This place has a great rating for a reason.
