way overpriced for what you get I ordered 4 orders taquitos,Burrito, 3 hard shell taco a cheese quésadilla, and so.e green salsa 107.75 everything but the burrito was extremely greasy. Wife took the tacos apart and ate with tostidos. The taquitos were supose to be 10.95 ea. But got charged 52.80 for them,either the guy didn't know how to use a calculator or he was crooked. Did not realize until I got home how bad I got ripped off.I did question him but to many people to sit and argue.Be careful going here .The burrito and the beef from the tacos was really good. Only positive and why the got 2 stars
I was so disappointed when we came here on Cinco de Mayo! I am a person who never, hardly ever, sends a drink back...buttttt - my cadillac margarita was all triple sec, very little tequilla, and tasted, well - not right. I have been a bartender so I am a little picky. My boyfriend got enchiladas w/a red sauce - the sauce taste like it has to come from a can. I had enchilads w/a verde sauce and generally, the enchilada plates were just a mass of runny verde sauce and nacho-type cheese. Ugg. This place seems to have gone downhill!
El Perico has been a go to place for Mexican food for over 10 years. Their food is fresh and tasty. They have great Cadillac Margaritas too.Because we've been going for years, and there hasn't been much turnover in staff, they know us and treat us well. My favorite dish is the "Camarones El Perico" which is Bacon Wrapped Shrimp. The restaurant isn't very large so sometimes the wait can be a little longer than expected, but it's worth the wait. They did extend the front bar area to allow for drinks before dinner. Overall, this place is a nice little gem.
Went to dinner here a couple of nights ago. I ordered the carne asada. It was flavorful and cooked to perfection! The rice and beans were delicious as well. The two other ladies that I was with both enjoyed their meals also. We all agreed this was the first time in a long time that we not only got everything we ordered (no mistakes), everything was delicious and the service was awesome. The only minor complaint is that we ordered the flan for dessert and it was a little overcooked. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience. We will definitely be going back!
Naxhos were delicious and they have the most amazing margaritas with chamoy and tahin.
The evening started off great . The staff was real friendly and quick about getting things we ordered. The only down fall was, I found a cockroach in either my beans or rice . I believe it was the rice. Giving a 3 star based off the customer service I received prior to this experience. Was not charged and me and my family left
The food is delicious and the portions are big. I enjoyed the large margarita on the rocks which comes with a side shot.
The five of us went here for dinner on a Sunday night. All of us ordered different items off the menu and I ordered a large on the rocks margarita. We enjoyed all of the food and my chili verde burrito was very good and filling. It was flavored just right with plenty of chunks of pork and a good side of rice and beans.
This most recent trip to El Perico Ranchero restaurant was only the 2nd time I had ever been there. I think they atmosphere of the place is what you would typically find in a Mexican food restaurant. The waitress was friendly & attentive. The food is good. My friend & I found the margaritas even better. She had the blended Midori margarita which she enjoyed. I had the blended Raspberry margarita which I found refreshing & tasty. I don't know how much tequila they put in the blended margarita to begin w/, but they give u a shot of tequila on the side in case u want to add more. My friend chose not to use it. I, on the other hand, did. The margaritas are a good size, keep in mind they are $15 a piece. I'm not sure if the price changes during happy hour. I ordered the Carne Asada Burrito Combination plate which comes with a decent size burrito, rice & beans for I believe $13. So, all on all a very good experience.☺️
I was forced to come here, because quest diagnostic stopped drug testing at 2. My bladder was going to burst so i had to find a bathroom in a hurry. So, i took the wife and baby in here for a quick date. All i can say is..thank God for good food like this
