Awesome customer service.
Stopped at Dunkin in upland and got a dozen donuts for kids. They were taking a class across the street. Within 24hrs every kid and or adult who ate a donut was sick with nausea , vomiting, and diarrhea. We narrowed it down. Everyone who had a donut had the symptoms. Those who didn't were all just fine. Symptoms seemed to last for 24 hrs. Called the location to let them know. No answer. Called the corporate office. Not sure they really cared because it's a franchise. This location is often understaffed and closes the dining room quite often because of it. I'm sure there are some short cuts being taken daily here. And my guess is the owner doesn't care. Needless to say we were regulars here. Once a week. Will never go back
Went here the other day with my kids. The young short guy is not friendly. He acts like I work there and assumed I know everything they have. Got an attitude if I ask about their drinks. I told him just be patient a bit because we are not familiar to their drinks because we always go at Starbucks. My kids and I didn't even drink our order. I think he is mad while making them. So sad because this supposed to be my favorite company back in my foreign country when I was a child till college.
Overall I prefer to drop in here over Starbucks but it seems like the 'new' person always gets my order. Even though I order ahead on the App, it's never complete and I have to ask to get the rest.
I stopped at Dunkin' donuts at least three times a week. 50% of the time they get my order correct yay the other half I either get the wrong donut or no napkins. One day they tried to give me three separate donuts in small little paper sleeves I had to ask them to put it all in one bag. Common sense. Donuts are great love the coffee.
I just came in for a snack and the Customer service I received from a Beautiful strong woman Anita was beyond amazing!!! We are all stressed during these times and she was more than inviting and down to Earth ! Thank you Anita you ROCK!!!
This is the worst DD to go to if your doing deliveries. Long wait time. Customers in the store gets their orders before the delivery drivers although the delivery orders was placed first. The manager in the store is very rude too. BakerBoys Suck!
Powdered Chocolate Creme donut filled with mild chocolatey goodness. Glad to have in a little sleeve rather than tossed into a brown paper bag that sucks out the oils. Remember to ask for napkins! Paired w/ Iced Peppermint Mocha Latte. Not too sweet, just-right mocha, mild peppermint taste. Aiming for the naughty list? Add whipped cream, mocha drizzle, and cocoa powder.
Had a sweet tooth, grabbed a donut...the store is huge like a small McDonald's, has bathrooms too....
Waited 30 mins for curbside pick up. Called about 5 times and nobody answered. (Had my two babies in car seats in the car that’s why i did curbside)I had to go in twice and then they finally said “oh we are out of the donuts you ordered that’s why we haven’t done it “ umm what… you could’ve told me 30 mins ago..never again
