I order all the time from this place. That being said it’s hit or miss when it comes to the food some days it blows me away other days I’m dumb founded how the pizza even left the facility looking the way it does (also taste but I don’t expect them to try my pizza.)I say give them a shot but hope it’s on a good day.
We ordered 2 large cheese pizzas, and a thin crust cheese pizza today. I appreciate the guy who answered my dads call and took the time to take his order and answer his questions. His customer service was great, very patient and kind which I always appreciate. They made our order quickly, they said it would be a 15-20 min wait, more like 10 min which was great! The times we have ordered dominos wether carry out or delivery, it has always been a good experience. Nice staff, and great delivery drivers who ensure you receive your order. Thank you for all your hard work, and the tasty pizza!
Food is decent but service and curbside not too good. When I arrived at the location the online tracker part said “completed” BEFORE I selected the “I am here” button and they did not bring out my order curbside within 2 mins I had to walk into the store to get my order this is the third time this has happened. I should have about three free pizzas already and I feel like I’m getting jipped every time because the store closes out the order ahead of time to make it look like they are staying within time frames.
Great ordering experience fast and easy to do I online and pizza was correct and tasted delicious and my driver was well dressed and polite and most importantly he was on time
few days ago I. ordered pizza when I got inside to pick up that guy who was making the pizza with no mask on, his mask was on his chin instead of covering his nose and taste of pizza was ? I can’t go there anymore
This location is usually the one I always go to! Staff is really sweet and super quick. My food is always ready when I pick up. Thank you all for providing great service!!
Thank you thank you to our driver Richard! He forgot our ranch and went back to the store and brought it back without us asking in the middle of this high wind warning. He deserves a raise or at the very least free wings!
I ordered pizza on December 27th and it was never delivered. I contacted the store and was on hold for over 20 minutes woth no help. 10 minutes later the delivery driver called and said he was lost. If he was lost why did Mark my order as delivered? I told him I wanted a refund. I called back the next day and was told I would get a refund in business days. Didn't happen. I continued to call and was told the manager, Mario, would call me when he returned from vacation. No call and still no refund.answer. I filed a complaint online and I received a standard email but still no one has contacted me. Such poor customer service and I paid 29.38 for a pizza I never received and even tipped a driver that didn't make a delivery.
Sometimes great, sometimes not so great. Delivery has been an issue, from getting hot pizza to Luke warm. Sometimes extends well past the estimated time of delivery. The workers are great, but the route they get sent on to delivery, needs attention. It's not the distance, last, it's the time the order was placed and keeping to the estimated delivery time. Hopefully, 2022 gets better for delivery. The recipes are great, it's just a temperature at delivery is the main concern.
We frequent here and the pizza is always good and curbside is the way to go!
