The food is good but I went in today with my family and had a coupon they didn't want to take it cause it was expired but that is how it was given to me from stater brothers I was asking the cashier why were they doing that and the other employees even the nosie cook had to come out and see what was going on. They started laughing the comment that I made the cashier. If that is the customer service they offer it's sad case they will lose a lot. The cashier that I was speaking to was polite but the other employees have poor customer service that's a big no-no
Every time I've eaten here the food is fantastic. I use the drive-thru and, yes, it can take time but they make the food when ordered. No sitting under a heat lamp like McDonald's. The prices are fabulous. The fried zucchini is delicious. I like patty melts and they are good here. So you can get Mexican and burgers plus sandwiches. You definitely will not be disappointed with anything you order.
The food is good can't lie but make sure you check your bag, they charge me for ranch and gave me a bag full of ketchup
Can't wrong with anything you order. Food is always made to order and hit when they hand it over. My favorite is the pastrami burger. Fries are best around...they add seasoning salt to them which takes the french fries to another level.
I went with my Dad. The lady at the drive thru is really sweet and very considerate. The cook messed up the order and didn't give us what we ordered. The food is good if you actually get what you order. I feel the cook is actually messing up the orders intentionally just to make the cashiers look bad.
I just had the strangest experience at this restaurant. I went through the drive thru and ordered a ribeye steak sandwich. The photos on the menu had steak, tomato, lettuce, etc between a bread roll. I get home and open my food and see this. I call and I am told that the only way to resolve the issue is to save the sandwich and bring it back when I’m in the area, for a refund. What in the world?! So basically eat nothing tonight because of their error and save the sandwich if I want any kind of resolution. This is ridiculous. So looks like my son and I will be eating fries for dinner tonight and saving this mysteries meat sandwich to get our money back.
Ordered A Mexican steak Dinner plate on the drive thru. Cashier repeated the order (Steak, with rice and beans. ) and a order of fries. I then came home and got this instead. I called to let them know, and the floor manager/shift supervisor was beyond rude and unprofessional, she kept hanging up on me and said you can call back tomorrow to speak to the manager on duty. She then said don't waste your time she won't do anything, and started being so rude. I am a bussiness owner and come to this place about 4-5 Times a week. I would totally fire this individual in an instant. All I know is that they just lost a loyal customer. It makes me sad to know there are unprofessional individuals taking on customer service roles, and are rude as can be. I hope the owner of this establishment reads this and knows exactly what is going on at their bussiness.Thank youMaria

Customer service is excellent at this restaurant. However, food quality appears to have lowered over time. In need of improving.
Great variety of food and prices are actually VERY reasonable given the current situation of things. Support local businesses and stop by this wonderful restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly, polite, and kind. I gladly make the drive here from Ontario on a weekly basis.
