I ordered the slam cookie sandwich and it's disgusting they give you 2 hot cookies and melting ice cream you can't even hold the sandwich and it melts into the paper I can't believe I paid $5 for this never again avoid and avoid.
I love this place! It's too bad they only have this one location, and that's all the way in Upland. Double punches on Tuesdays and Thursdays, once you get 10 you're next purchase is free I think. Love the customer service and their desserts, especially on a hot day. They don't open on Mondays and rainy days, and I wish they expand to other parts of the IE.
Unbelievable I brought my kids to get a snow cone & they locked the doors right in front of us. It’s Wednesday 6:00 pm. It’s not supposed to close for another hour!!
I’ll start off by saying customer service is top notch. I always feel welcomed when we come here. Prices are great and everything is well served. Flavors are amazing. Best shaved ice. For locals they offers a punch card (after buying certain amount you get one free) .
This place is great for the whole family. The shaved ice choices are phenomenal. There are many choices and the flavors are all great. My daughter loves Kona ice and this place is her new favorite we came from glendora and will gladly take the drive again
Great shaved ice! Reminded us of our visit to Kauai a few years ago. Try the Big Stick with coconut pineapple ice cream!

Want shaved ice, then this is the place for you. This place is always busy and their setup is kind of a detriment to their customer service and flow of incoming customers. The service is nice and friendly. The servings are abundant. It's a little pricey for their products but well worth it most of the time.
Fast, friendly service. Great people. Amazing ice cream. Came from out of town but we will be back.
Really quite delicious on a hot day, perfect for cooling off. Bonus is they have lots of popular thrifty ice cream flavors.
