Never get the order right nd this happened many times and when you try to call them, they NEVER pick up the phone.
Never get the order right double check your order .... at least they don't undercok the chicken
Chicjen wings are very good.
Very bad service - I ordered 10 chicken wings for a scheduled time. It`s good that I checked it before I left, as there were only nine pieces of the chicken on the box. The chicken wings were also very dry. When I complained, I was told I would need to wait 7 minutes for 1 piece of chicken that is missing. I was also told they`re very busy but I didn`t buy that excuse. I don`t remember being offered any apology. don`t plan to come back - their chicken used to be very good but there`s gradual deterioration of the quality of their chicken over the years, I honestly don`t think it`s worth it. This experience literally and figuratively left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope the owner pays attention to this review.
second time i ordered the wings well done. But still they are only fried once. It’s not crispy at all . Fatty chicken wings with the meat being still raw in the inside. Save yourself some appetite and go to the one by automall instead

Very Disappointed. All I wanted was 3 orders of celery sticks. Taking no phone orders. Only walk in and online. I'm disabled and being able to just go in and grab it. They used to be awesome. This location especially. So I drove past them to another city to get it.

Lovely experience at this location. Clayton was extremely nice and was great with customer service. Food taste so fresh and flavorful. We ordered lemon pepper, bbq, and hot wings.
This wingstop has always been completely efficient from their customer service to the cleanliness of the restaurant. The managers after a few times remember our names and orders. Every experience has a very personal family type energy which stands out. Also, when they do make a mistake, which rarely ever happens, they own it and are more than happy to correct any mishaps. 5 stars baby
