Food was horrible. Lacked seasoning and the sauce was watered down. Overpriced
The food was good albeit a bit higher these days. We had a large party but were not told about the automatic $5/person service charge. We were told about using our phones to order & pay - well, that’s if the system is working properly. Add to that folks who are not tech whizzes. Our poor waiter Mo had to patiently help many of us place our orders. However as stated the system was very glitchy - orders not going thru, showing up on each other’s phones, or multiple orders on one phone, and finally not being able to accept payments at all. The manager ended up having to take over the table & assist with the payments. The other female server was rude. Food service was erratic with dishes coming out of order and two of our party having to wait a long time to be served. Drinks came after the entrees. That said, the food was good but not as good as prepandemic. Obviously this resulted in a very extended meal time.
As our first contactless restaurant experience, it went fairly smoothly except for the waiter forgetting to deliver the wine with our meal. Please lower the music volume in the outdoor seating area to improve the atmosphere.

Food was ok , lack of flavor on the calamari, chicken Marcella and shrimp pasta . Pizza was amazing . Manager was not warming ( needs training) server was amazing. Olive Garden is at the bottom of my list and I think they do a better job in food wise, and management. Would I come again? No . would I recommended to someone? No ?? Sad to say but affects the area, they are in a business place and should be at the highest Quality. Is it worth 200 no ?? frozen food would of been so much better in flavor.
Food was delicious. I absolutely hate having to order and pay through a app. Want a physical menu I can easily browse.
First time on Tomatina and I’m really disappointed food is Not good enough as recommended. I highly recommend Gypsy's Trattoria Italiana located on Berkeley .
Great food and service.. drinks were really good too..
Outdoor patio tables esp floors needs to be washed out. It was evidently dirty and sticky.
Order by smartphone only and not working properly
