Your newest app update is AWFUL. Very embarrassing that you can't produce a simple ordering app. A basic programmer could do this. I spent 30 minutes of my lunch doing the update, then being required to make a new password, then the ordering was crazy. Told me that store didn't have an item, then I went inside and found out they did. My app showed it was being made at a different store than I ordered at!!! it was RIDICULOUSThen I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me.....while my bag of food sat there getting cold. My 30 minute lunch turned into 1 hour! Thanks a lot.
Not a whole lot of drink selections. With the weather so hot. I wanted Mountain Dew Baja blast and they only have the diet one. I had the diet one and it tasted like water with food coloring. First time visiting this place and never again. Food and service was good. I give credit to that.
1 star for the manager.What the h is this? Like really!!! The other night I went just before closing, I was told they only had soft taco or burritos, okay I normally don’t do soft tacos, I was hungry so I did. I ordered 4 first I was gonna order 2, I said do you have enough meat and toppings for 4 , the manager said yes, okay so I’m like they gone hook it up. Hell to tha naw it was all bad. 4 Lil oh measly skimpy rolled so called tacos. Is that a new thing they do now roll the soft tacos? I understand food coat is high, but your prices are too!!! Now the manager was cool I have to her that, I fault the cooks, I’m not sure they understand English too clear, tho I know they no how to make taco very well if not get training. Replace or refund this order, better yet just replace my gas I spent while wasting my time
Staff has terrible attitudes! Lazy and rude. Staff had attitudes about me wanting to use the restroom even though I purchased 3 burritos. Definitely worth skipping this location and going for another location! They're terrible here!
TERRIBLE Costumer service!!! Made us wait at the intercom, we called out to them a couple times, and there was no one in line. When they were taking our order they were laughing at us and making comments about our order. Once we got to the window the lady had an attitude. After handing us our food she quickly shut the window and turned away from us without even checking to see if we were set. We then proceeded to try and get her attention for our missing items but she was unbothered. Terrible!
Food was good and service too....but they were lacking in the soda selection this time.
I wish I could rate 0 stars. Wow worst customer service in my whole life. First of all there is no one in the drive through and she's laughing on the intercom comes back in 7 minutes and takes my order. After that I pull up to the window she hands me my bag and I ask for the receipt and she refuses saying it's not printing... hm maybe because she sensed I was irritated at the immaturity. When I pulled over in the home depot parking lot the food was cold like it was just pulled out of the freezer mostly thawed. Disgusting. I threw the food away tried calling 3x no answer to speak to a manager. Wow how incredibly eek! ?
Reviewing this from my general experience. Overall it's not bad but not great. My last experience was terrible because the main food item I ordered wasn't even in it after waiting 20 minutes and I was too tired to circle back into drive thru to waste 20 more. But that's also the absolute worst I've ever had here. The staff is usually pretty quick in getting the order in and handing you your food
